Help Desk Question

I searched and searched for an answer but couldn't find one. I haven't made my character yet but I am wanting to make a Dire Kelvic but I don't know how I am to go about asking the Help Desk for "Special Permission". Do I simply write up my CS and send it to them or is it something else? Thanks!

I would imagine you just ask nicely, if they require you to do anything special they will let you know before approving or denying you.

Special permissions such as Dire kelvics are a lot more likely to be accepted if you've been RPing for a while and have demonstrated a commitment to the community. A lot of people want to be Dire just for the sake of being "different" or "bigger is better".

That special place is the helpdesk, the bottommost forum on the main page.
