Applying for an NPC

I would like to apply for two stationary NPCs (Faelith's parents and one sibling, specifically), and I've checked the Lore and tried searching the forums but have run into a little roadblock: is there some sort of form I fill out when applying in the HD? Or do I simply list who the NPCs are, their relation, a little background, and their skills? Or maybe a third option that I can't think of?

Yes, you have to give the main details regarding your NPC, I suggest you format the request as such,

*Insert Picture of NPC Here (Preferably 200x200 px)*
Name: Bob Greenhand
Race: Human
Birthdate: 25th of Summer 470 A.V
Birthplace: Syliras, Sylira region

Skills:
Farming: 30 SP
Gardening: 10 SP
Animal Husbandry: 10 SP

Description: Bob is one of the farmer working in the Fields just outside of Syliras. He has brown hair with equally brown eyes, quite tall in stature, and toned body due to working hard in the fields. He's a very diligent farmer and a loving father, his lifelong dream is to see his son becomes a Syliran Knight.

Oh my goodness, thank you!! Seriously, I don't know if I managed to miss the form somewhere or if you came up with the example just for the reply, but I don't think I can thank you enough for giving me a specific way to apply for NPCs-- I'm the absolute worst at freestyle requests. Give me fill-in-the-blank over an essay question any day. And thanks again for the speedy response! *rains hugs down on you*
