Job Thread Question

So I've been on long hiatus from Mizahar, and trying to catch up-- what I can't find, however, is how exactly I earn the wages; I do remember that I need at least two threads detailing my character working at his job(though for me, I can't get too much in detail; Halin'a works at Loveless in Zeltiva), but what I can't remember is if I need to have my job mentioned in other threads as well, and where/how much I turn in to earn the wages and seasonal experience. Any help is appreciated!
