So I'm sure most people, at some point or another, have been in a thread with a PC who was rendered unconscious for whatever reason (blow to the head, falling down drunk, etc). So should said player be unconscious, and that is how they end their post, in the ensuing reply would the following be considered 'okay' and/or allowed? Also, in which scenarios should PvP rules apply? Please consider all of this scenarios as "not planned out" by the PCs in question.
1) Stealing from unconscious PC and fleeing? 2) Physically harming unconscious PC (anywhere from minor to fatal)? 3) Pranking the unconscious PC (shave the head)? 4) Simply walking away from the PC and thus ending the thread?
What do you all think?

I would probably talk to said PC owner out of respect. But otherwise it's fair game.
