Thinks are still bumpy here. It's looking more and more that I'll be posting primarily on the weekends, until I at least am able to work ahead on some of my courses and clear calendar time (the beauty of a syllabus...). I will be absolutely able to answer any and all PMs in the meantime. With the change of the season here (yes?) I'll be updating Zinrah's info pages (calendar, PC registry, etc.) "soon". It's going to be one of those weekend things as well.

I hope everyone had a fantastic summer otherwise. Technically speaking, "we" still have a few weeks left. With school getting back to action, I know we'll br busier than usual, so everyone just hang on tight and we'll get through this.

Additionally, any requests? Send 'em my way. If it revolves around development, there is a thread dedicated to this. It's in nice big letters for us. I encourage you to develop new ideas yourself, just try to help me by making use of templates (this makes the ultiamte transition from final draft to "post publication" as I'll call it that much easier).

I just want to mention that "For Her Glory" is still open. The thread can be found here. The very lovely founder Cayenne is moderating the event, so I encourage you all to post promptly. It's definitely a great way to get a PC involved with the culture and other PCs, forge networks, rivalries, etc. Plus the events of the ritual will just be spankin'.

An additional reminder to my PCs here in Zinrah that the season has changed. yes, we are in fall. I had a little blurb before about wages and such, but I'm jsut going to reitterate so you're not scrolling all over! xD

1) No one really came to me about a job, and that's definitely something to get up ASAP for seasonal income. I can't give our wages otherwise. D: While most cities have a central hub to look for work, most of Zinrah operates by word of mouth or whatever it's called... So PM me about a job interest, and I can set up your interview thread and we can get your Bikka rolling in for the seasons to come!

2) Season expenses are still do. If you are not royalty in Zinrah you live in a rather ordinary cave. Your food is brought in by you soley, and the damages you sustain are your own. This is a rather squalor life style, although arguably it's just poor. I'd aim for the lesser of the two for the previous setting of your PC most likely being a snake in a hole, basically (totally an udnerstatement, I know, but there's some truth to it).

3) Summer threads are now grandfathered (TM?) and should be closed up ASAP.

I'll be checking character sheets for seasonal expenses soon. I will not grade or storytell for your PC until such things are updated. This is for your own benefit, I promise. PCs threading with me and multiple thread partners...we'll work around other PCs who have disappeared or been drawn away from Mizahar or otherwise.

A lot of this information might look familiar. I think Bina has taken on the liberty of announcing this info a little while ago. I'm just here to check on the local level to make sure we're all in order.

Hello!..

So, being a new player on this forum I've had to break my social awkwardness. And with this post I think it's partially done at least. I'd just like to say hello to you all here in the nest! I'm writing up a flashback at the moment, but I think a trial by fire is a good way to start, so contact me if any of you wish to drag me along.

I had a double take moment at first. Welcome to Zinrah my lovely! When you're done with that solo, pop it right in my office and I'll spread the rewards. If you want more XP in it, make sure you're mentioning the skills in every post to the detail and making it obvious and blaaarg! xD

We have several PCs aboard here in Zinrah, so please, introduce yourself anf feel free to meld with the scene. We're the real cool kids here (being cold blooded and all), so soak it up.

I'll be over to scan your CS. I recommend posting in our character registry too. I should probably update that...or have I? I wonder. But yes, welcome! See me with any and all questions you have regarding the domain.

In other news, I'm going to try to assign PCs some jobs to get our economic gain on the move here in Zinrah. I'll PM you with some career options and we'll decide upon one, thread the intro, and let you go free.

Can I get some opinions on the map above? Is there anything unclear about its presentation or detail? Is there anything you think is missing? Your input is appreciated!

This is I guess the start to a project for getting a map out to all locations. The shrine itself is fairly bare so you don't see too much. Most of what's used is brought in and out. Things like the Training Gallery would be much more detailed.

If I'm right in thinking that is the Shrine to Siku in the middle I have no questions, no. It looks rather good to me!
