Panna Cotta is a non-entity who works as a Storyteller in Sahova when Tarot is not looking. Panna loves creating plot bunnies that hide in plot holes. Panna takes a lot of things seriously and struggles to stick to rules. She tries to be an interesting storyteller by following the trope "the cake is a lie". Panna likes putting players in mortal peril. She thinks mortal and peril are beautiful words. She also has a habit of moderating threads that she would later pass to Tarot. She finds this funny. Panna Cotta believes that she is a time traveler. She secretly wants to become a Kindergarten teacher.
