1st of Fall 511 AV.

The sun was in zenith. Its scattered rays that penetrated the crown of the forest, warmed the small Ivaski pup's back. He had always enjoyed being out in the sun. But today he barely noticed the sun, for his attention was focused on another of his senses. His nose sniffed at the ground. He had seen a squirrel run into the forest earlier and was now adamant about tracking it down again. For it had seemed playful and Woof was in the mood to play around. His nose whiffed at the ground. It was close. The scent had gotten thicker and thicker. A dead giveaway. Finally he bumped into a tree and as he looked up he could see the little critter scurry up the tree. Woof barked his name at the quick creature and it froze for a brief moment, located the origin of the sound and the vanished somewhere up the tree.

Woof jumped sideways around the tree. Barking happily at his own accomplishment with tracking down the critter. He was so happy he didn't notice that one of his back paws fell into a hole and hit something too soft to be the ground. Not to mention too mobile as well. Woof turned to see an angry badger get up from the hole and Woof reacted on his instincts at batted the angered creature in the face to delay it before turning and speeding out of there. He knew the strength ranking of the forest. Puppies ranked quite low on that list. His short legs quickly carried him away from the badger. He hoped someone would come and save him from the young badger.

Anyone on the Konti Isles could tell that Fall had come. As the surrounding area quickly changed from a rich and lush green to a multitude of oranges, reds, and yellows. There was a lot bustle around Mura, and even though this was Neve’s third time to experience the beginning of Fall. She still felt a little over-whelmed from everything, as the Konti began to make the preparations for the Pumpkin festival. She slowly made her way through the Silverwood Forest while she admired the deep crimson red of all the trees that surrounded her, her eyes wide as she absorbed all the color that was around Neve. A smile reached across her face as her chest felt a flutter from the amazing sight.

She began to giggle as she skipped around, spinning in mid air while she ran about. Her silver hair bounced up and down as she spun around. The simple cream colored dress fluttered in the wind with every jump, coming up to her knees, then back to her ankles. Finally she stopped spinning, her hair tangled around her face as she let herself fall onto the ground, giggling continually at the fun she was having. Her hands caressed the ground as her fingers rustled in between the fallen leaves and dirt. It was then she heard the faint sound of a bark from another Ivaski come from her northern left side.

Her entire body lurched upward as she tried to pinpoint from where the sound was coming from. Her giggles fell silent as the smile fell from her face. Her expression was replaced with curiosity as she cocked her head to one side. She heard the faint bark once more. This time she was sure that it had come from up ahead, just towards her left side. She quickly stood up and bent back down to grab the bottom of her skirt. Quickly, she pulled upwards as she began to take the skirt off, up and over her head. Now standing in the middle of the forest, naked. She made her way to a nearby tree, setting her skirt down to the roots. Neve needed to try and remember to come back for it later. She has already lost a few articles of clothing out here in the forest and did not wish to add to the forests collection.

After placing the skirt down on to the ground, she bent back down, onto her hands and knees. Allowing herself to transform into her Ivaski form. Her body lit up as little sparkles shined in the area that would morph. The light began to weaken as the shape of a canine slowly became more prominent. Where once a woman stood, now stood a large Ivaski. She shook her pure white coat while she stretched, getting used to her natural form. All of the new senses around her rushed into her nostrils as she inhaled. Her sense of smell, hearing and eyesight were sharp in her human form. But there was no comparison to the sense she gained while in her base animal form.

Her Ice-blue eyes opened as she began to run through the forest towards the sound of the barks. As she made her way through the forest, she caught onto the smell of the pup, which stood out from the rest of the smells around the forest. It was obvious that he must be just up ahead. She made her way, darting between the trees until she reached a very small gap or clearing. The light sun rays shined down on a little Ivaski pup that had just turned tail and began to flee from another animal that begun to chase after him. Cocking her head to the side as she pant weakly after the sudden sprint she made. Neve watched him run away for a second. But it was obvious that the critter who chased him was not a happy camper as it showed its teeth and snarled while it chased the pup.

After only a couple more seconds of delay, she broke out into a full sprint once more. Her large paws gripped into the dirt as she kicked some up with each push that she made to propel herself forward, her long legs flexed with each lunge. Panting slightly, her mouth hung open as she made her way towards the pup. After she had finally caught up to the other Ivaski, she went to match his pace and watched his little legs run at full speed. Neve then swept him up from the lose skin above his neck with her open mouth. She then continued to dart through the forest while she dangled the pup. She started to turn in a large arc, to try to head back towards the location from where she came from. Shortly after a minute had passed or so, she finally came to a stop, dropping the pup from her mouth and back onto the ground. Neve knew she was close to where she placed her dress…but where was it now?

[Silver Forest] Woof!?! (Open)

Woof was running as fast as his small paws could carry him. But it wasn't enough, for Woof would feel hard teeth clamp down into the fur on his neck. He let out a helpless yelp and closed his eyes hard as he waited for the end. All he had wanted to do was to play with the happy squirrel. And now... the mean badger had him... And had lifted him into the air... And was carrying him? Then the scent hit him. Ivaski! He opened his ice blue eyes and saw the forest skip by as he tried to turn and see the Ivaski. But the hold on his neck made that impossible. Was it Ray? The scent was wrong. So it couldn't be him, unless he used some of that strange smelly waters the ladies liked to use. But then who was this? He could only see the fine white fur that marked his race. But he felt no hostility so he felt safe and satisfied. He let himself hang limp in the Ivaski's grip as it carried him away from the evil badger. It reminded him of when he had been even smaller and Ray had carried him around like that sometimes.

Woof wondered why the Ivaski suddenly stopped running. Had they gotten away? Woof wasn't prepared when the big Ivaski let go of him so he landed ungracefully on his rump. But he immediately got back up on his feet again and barked his thanks to the big Ivaski. Big female Ivaski, he noticed. He trotted up to her front paws and sniffed her leg. Determined never to forget the fragrance of his savior. He got up on his back paws and did something very human-like. He pressed the front of his chest against her right front paw and gave her a puppy hug. Moments later he trotted around her. There was something strange about the scent of the area. Like there were two Ivaski-Saviors around. He tracked one of the scent over to a tree and on the other side of the tree was the origin of the second smell. Clothes.

Woof tilted his head perplexed as he observed the clothes. Why would a dog wear clothes? - He asked himself but didn't reach any answer. He looked back at the big savior and barked at her. Trying to get her to come over. Perhaps she could explain the mystery to him.
