Basic Information
Race: Human
Birthday and Age: 483AV, 28 years old

Physical Descriptin
Height: 6'6"
Eye color: Emerald
Hair color: Jet black
Skin: Tanned where skin would see sunlight pale everywhere else
Distinguishing Marks: Insane heavy scarring littering his large body. Will describe more in posts.
Scar Layout :
Ok Yellow is restraint related scarring, blue is whip related, and red is torture and or miscellaneous weapon caused scarring.

Bone History :
Since I have scars should have bones to. Red is a bone that has in the past actually been broken, yellow is fractured and blue is both. However through the grace of Rak'keli all of the bones were healed, this is now more for history sake then anything.

Build: Not heavy but definitely not light either. He has obviously been starved for most of his existence and as of now he looks like he has just recovered from being malnourished.




Character Concept
Serrif doesn't consider himself to be extremely useful in any way. He lacks any real useful skills except for the few skills he observed an alchemist use. His hand to hand combat is his only real useful asset. He lives for now and can't think about his past nor does he want to think about his future. He really only wants to find peace with himself. His self worth is pretty much trashed but he still doesn't put up with hostility well...and can be somewhat hostile when prodded. Otherwise he is quiet, observant and calculating. He is extremely patient which is likely how he escaped.

Befriend Serrif and he will literally take a bullet for you. Serrif doesn't mind pushing himself above and beyond what most consider limits. He is always testing himself and wants to find out what he is really capable of. And in his mind the only way to do that is by really pushing yourself. He does what he wants mostly and will always help someone in need if he is able to.

That said Serrif is bold or stupid take your pick. But he is no hero. In his mind a hero rides in on a white steed and solves everyone's issues. To him a hero is a Godly man a man of righteousness; like a templar. He is no hero. He is just a man looking to make some difference in his life and those around him; and maybe the occasional person in need.




Character History
Serrif has had it hard the last few years. He escaped from a slaver camp that planned to sell him in Ravok. His life there consisted of a few almost daily activities. Fighting those he was forced to fight for the entertainment of the band, and well being a test subject for any and well all of the various concocted mixtures the so called 'apothecary' came up with. Many of his mixtures were poisons, and many of the other liquids were supposed to heal the damage. This torturous existence went on for around 3 years. The constant poisoning and following torture left him with a slight twitch that he can't seem to shake off; his hands tremble uncontrollably but this has gotten better with time. His body is a warground on the inside some of the various concoctions still reside in his bloodstream and every now and then he will have unexplainable medical issues. Maybe his vision will blur, or maybe when he finally does sleep he will have night terrors. As such he always feels ill.

He did eventually escape and started running. He stayed nowhere long and has been looking for peace more than anything. Somewhere he can escape this illness...Somewhere where he can gain back his strength or at the very least know what it feels like to be well again. He ran until he reached the ocean, and he found the port and wanted to get on the first boat out. He really didn't care where it went as long as it took him away from the mainland. He paid his fare and hopped aboard. He ended up believe it or not exactly where he needed to be; maybe whatever Gods there were took pity and delivered him to Mura on the White Isle.

Konti Gift
Serrif stayed on Mura for the period just 10 days short of a year. And such he acquired a Konti gift from the large amount of Vision Water he drank during this time. It is as follows.

Soothing Touch- On touch Serrif has found that he has an almost inhuman ability to sooth a persons spirits and nerves. The way this 'feels' to the person being touched ranges from a warm sensation washing over them to anything really. But the effect is always calming and soothing. It can cause someone who is panicked to slow down and start thinking clearly and someone who is spiritually or emotionally frantic to be gently brought back on an even keel. But this gift can also be intensified by how Serrif feels as well. The calmer Serrif is the stronger and faster the effect is on the person he is in contact with. If Serrif is completely in a complete meditative state he could simply touch someone else and quickly bring them to his state. The longer the contact he has with the person the calmer they will get with his extended touch; mostly because their body will become used to the feeling.

Special Equipment
Ornate Compound Longbow-With an ornate handle Total worth- (120gm); The ornate handle is reinforced by slight strips of etched cold iron making it slightly more durable to impact then a normal longbow. The metal is etched in a pattern of twisting seashells, and the continues off the metal to twines itself up and around the wood. The well crafted metal guide arch of the handle allows Serrif slightly better accuracy~ 1% in difference

Ornate Daggers :

Ornate Daggers- The handles of these daggers are four inches long to fit Serrif’s hands personally, the blades are about six inches long coming to a very sharp stiletto inspired point. The blades are made of Isurian Steel engraved with ornate shallow blood grooves that weave all around the blade. These grooves also form ornate pictures of famous areas around Mura. On one dagger there is the beach on one side and the bay on the other, the second dagger shows the Opal temple and Rak’keli’s tower. Deep dense redwood was used for the core of the handle and on top of this specifically cut and crafted white conch shell was used to form the swirling pattern on the handles. Then a powder coating of abalone was laid and then set in place by a thin layer of molten glass. Then spiraling up the handle are gold inlays. The daggers are also inlaid with another layer of cold iron to keep the handle of the weapon cool in the users hand. The crossbrace of each of the daggers if flailed out a little forming an ornate sword catcher that is Isurian steel at its core but plated in gold as well adding to the ornate look of the daggers. (Valued at 250gm for the pair)

Ornate Gladius-Extraordinary even if it is unfinished. It has an ornate handle and is made of cold iron, it also has a very ornate sword guard and sword catcher. The blade has one serrated edge as well. He noted that there was wording engraved in it that spelled out “Abase”. It supposedly was made by someone named Albion of the Coglias clan in conjunction with K’sien in Mura. Albion died on the isle and the gladius is now left unfinished. Is A Priceless item.

Weapon Harness This harness was specifically crafted for Serrif by K'sien, it was meant to carry the daggers she made for him but it can carry other weapons as well.
