Her body does not look fit, but instead lean with only some hints of muscle bulging on her forearm. She does not look threatening and in fact looks quite weak. She has dark brown eyes and jet black hair that is naturally wavy and sticks out in all directions. Personality - Always curious and strives to discover new places and experiences and has a deep passion for exploring and adventure. She acts on impulse and intuition and she holds her values close as she strives to make the most out of each day. She is outgoing, interested in new people, and a dreamer. She does what she wants and speaks her mind, often always willing to stand up for herself as well as others if she believes its right. Her personality can be annoying to some people for she is always joking around, laughing, and talking. Her views are optimistic as she always finds the silver lining and believes everyone has some good in them. As for her emotions- she never tries to hide them and you can always tell what she's thinking or feeling. Flaws - She is often impatient and mistakenly disregards those who are closest to her. Though she is bright, she has a short attention span and is often clueless which gets her into trouble as she usually acts before she thinks. Since she has just started to explore the world, she is still naive and ignorant of the dangers in the world. Character History As a child she was calm and rarely cried resulting in the name Zolaj. She is of the Abayla bloodlines and she has really good memory, but she is really bad at singing and is tone deaf so she was banished. Her mother and father were vastly disappointed that she was not able to sing, but they stilled loved her anyways. She has 2 older sisters and a younger sisterwho are able to tell sacred stories. Among her 3 sisters are her 2 older brothers. As she grew older, she became enthusiastic in discovering the world unknown and somewhat rebellious. She became immersed in the idea of traveling and experiencing new things. Her family, being tradition oriented, often ignored her ramblings about going off to new adventures and finding hidden treasures. When she was fifteen she did "The Searching". Though nothing interesting happened during that time, she did come to a conclusion that it was the time for her to leave her home and go off to new lands. After her "searching", she told her parents about what she was going to do. Her parents strongly disapproved, especially her father. Her mother allowed her to leave for she saw that Eloab was not the place for her daughter. Her father however was massively disappointed with her. Zolaj told her family that she will visit. Relations Her mother, Darshana and her father, Techumseh had 5 other children.Three of them were girls and two of them were boys. They are a normal Chaktawi family that often traveled around the desert to find food and water. Zolaj is the only girl in the family who can not tell sacred stories so while her sisters learned the art of telling stories, she passed her time with her brothers who taught her how to hunt. Zolaj and her father are not on good terms since she had left her home which her father felt like she had betrayed her family. I have sixteen years in life. 4. What is your height? I am 5 feet tall. 5. What is your weight? I am 90 pounds. Aesthetics : 1. Describe yourself as you see yourself. I see myself as a young girl in a world that is full of mysteries and secrets waiting to be discovered. I have such little time to view the world and its inhabitants. 2. Describe yourself as others typically see you. Others see me as an ambitious young person with no goal and walking around aimlessly in life, but I do have a goal. That goal is to learn and experience what the world has to offer. Life is precious and you only get one, so I must make the most out of it. They believe I'm too naive and immature to be going off to travel, but it's not like I'm planning to wrestle creatures of the night. Just maybe looking at them or petting them maybe, but not wrestling them unless I know I can beat them. 3. What is your favorite body feature? My favorite body feature is probably my hair. My sisters all take after our mother and have straight hair. I think it is a sign from above that I don't belong in the sands, telling stories like my sister, but instead out there. Maybe that is why I can not sing to tell sacred stories for I am called to do something greater. 4. How physically fit are you? I hunted alot with my brothers and in the deserts, we move around alot so I say I'm pretty fit due to all the hunting and traveling. I am not strong though, quite weak actually, but I will get stronger as I grow and maybe become an elite warrior or stealthy assasin. I'm sure of it. 5. How do you typically dress and what is your style? I like to wear light clothing. Mostly dresses or loose pants. Something comfortable. I decorate myself with some necklaces made out of beautiful beads and bones from animals we had killed in the desert. Family : 1. Who are your parents and what are they like? My parents are gentle souls who love each other way to much. My mother, Darshana is quiet and timid who's always listening to my stories of what I'll do when I grow up even though she could never relate to me. She likes to stay in one spot where she feels safe, happy, and contempt - how uneventful. My father, Techumseh, well he's very family oriented. He always says that family comes first and they are the only people you can depend on so that's why we should all stick together, but to me, there is a time when one needs to break free of her family, and go off on their own. 2. Do you have any brothers or sisters? Yes, I have three sisters and two brothers. All three of my sisters have beautiful voices for singing and a talent for storytelling. Therefore, they are favored more than me. I'm not jealous or anything of them, It just means that they'll be stuck telling their stories in this desert hole while I'm out there. I usually spend time with my brothers when my sisters are busy singing and all. I follow them around when they hunt and train and sometimes I train with them. I can't help but talk to them about adventures and such, but as much as it excites me, they don't really care about adventures and believe here is the best place to be. 3. What is your extended family like? I have an uncle who is a trader, but I do not see him much. 4. Do you consider close friends as important or more/less important than family? Even though my dad is a bit of a boring old man, I know he is right about family. With family, you have a bond that could never be broken. 5. Do you treat animals like family? My brothers often gets annoyed with me when I talk to much. My family says I don't take things seriously enough. I'm guessing they are right, I can't help but laugh when I find something funny.
