Ronan felt sea sick. And the worst part was, they had only left Riverfall a few hours ago. With weeks ahead of him, Ronan tried not to think about the uneasy stomachs to come. He missed Kavala's hospitality already.
On the other hand, it was wonderful. He had never been out into the Suvan sea. The water glittered in amber, autumn light, and the waves rolled majestically. The smell of salt was pervasive, and sea birds squawked in all directions. He saw fish in the water too, sometimes they'd poke their heads above the water line curiously.
Turning away from the rails, he put a hand to his forehead and tried to push the sicky feelings to one side. He began to glance around, eyes flitting quickly. Leto was around somewhere. The Drykas was always up for a chat, and Ronan thought a good conversation would let him forget the constant churning of his stomach...
