Kendall watched Ethan with an auristic eye. He was still new to him and while he had a feeling he could trust the kelvic, he was still nervous about what that man thought of him. His aura seemed to shine with a light of curiosity when the blond spoke of liking men. Kendall blushed lightly when he saw the response his words. He supposed that he should have expected that sort of response being that Ethan was an animal by nature. To them attraction and sex was for reproduction and less for showing love. A smile lightened Kendall's blushed cheeks when he saw Ethan's aura erupt with the beautiful color of pure joy and happiness. "It sounds a lot like love." Kendall was without a doubt a hopeless romantic. One who could find love, or try to connect love into his fair share of things. In this he could see in Ethan's aura that there was some similarities between love and the kelvic's feelings towards flying. Perhaps he was not so far off in his habit of comparing everything to love. "I take it you are a big fan of Zulrav then." He smiled at the words, more rhetorical than an actual question to the kelvic. He was not sure why but ever since Ivak had taken a liking to him he had found himself interested in which of the divine pantheon others preferred. He had learned that Hadrian, although denouncing it at first seemed to have a bit of a liking for Laviku. Sondra, along with being a fellow Azenth had muttered Avalis' name one more than one occasion in surprise. He had not heard Ethan speak of his divine preference, although if he did not have one he would still be fine with Kendall all the same. Kendall felt an uncomfortable smile poke at the sides of his mouth. While he was happy that Ethan accepted him and his preference for the male flesh he was not sure how to explain the whole topic of being gay and gay love to Ethan. He was not even sure about his own sexuality. He was smitten by Hadrian. That much was completely clear. He knew that there had definitely been times before he met Hadrian that he had found women attractive now that he was in a male body. For the love of the Gods, he had almost hooked up with a female kelvic on his way to Syliras. "I don't know if I feel comfortable discussing how we… do it." A dark blush raged under Kendall's cheeks. Besides the fact that he was somewhat new to being "gay", the act of sex and seduction was personal and intimate. It did not seem like something to just discuss on a whim to some man, even if he was a Kelvic that had it in good with Hadrian, that he had just met. He would offer a bit about the emotional side of his love. It was the least he could do for the curious Kelvic. "I… well we make love because we love the other person. Of course there is some craving of pleasure involved but in the end, at least for me, I have sex with someone because I trust them to be with me on that intimate of a level." The more Kendall talked the more feverish his blush became. "In the end, it all comes down to love… and of course pleasure. I want children someday but… they will come in time if I am meant to have them. Being with someone I love means more to me can being a parent."

Ethan decided to pry a little and feel the Aura's wafting from Kendall. He didn't want to offend a new friend and he was afraid his manors were escaping him. He silently blamed Hadrian for being so lax with his topics. It was dulling his wit around others. The young blond's face lit up with a soft glow. A whirl of colors, all meaning different emotions. It was strange how he could tell what they were immediately. Some how what he had already felt through Auristics easily translated into what he could see and understand. This was a strange concept but really convenient for him. This way he didn't have to re-learn everything. What he saw was a definite sign of embarrassment. Mixed in with a bit of unease. Something he often saw in Hadrian. It was quite amusing to know that he could have two people to embarrass and make uncomfortable now. A small smile touched his lips. "In the end, it all comes down to love… and of course pleasure. I want children someday but… they will come in time if I am meant to have them. Being with someone I love means more to me can being a parent." Ethan didn't need to poke any further because the wicked blush spreading across his face and neck. Was a tell tale sign enough as is. Being with someone I love. Ethan looked away as he thought about the words. Had Ethan ever truly loved someone and had it returned? Sure there were plenty of people he tried to feel for, but no one ever returned it like he did. The only one that ever came close was rotting in the ocean now. ”Your a squeamish one Kendall, just like Hadrian. Bunch of cold little fishes the lot of you. Although it does make everything I say much more fun. I often embarrass Hadrian to get that burning blush your having now.” His smile was deep but a little pained. He hated talking about this. The ideas of Hadrian having a lover. Was like Grimm all over again. Definitely not something to be repeated. ”And you don't have to be shy around a Kelvic. You are Hadrian's lover and I will be your friend. I can tell we mix already.” He held up a hand and smiled. ”Our Aura's seem to anyways. And you must know something about me and probably all Kelvics. We are blunt and don't like to beat around the bush. I try to be a little kinder on Human's so I won't push you to talk about love making. Just know that if and when you have anything on your mind. I am the bird to talk too.” He laughed and got up off the bench. ”I don't know about you but I am hungry. All this Auristics and changing takes its toll. Care to get some food with me? If not I can escort you back home?” He laughed and fidgeted with his beard. Realizing how weird that sounded. ”Hadrian wants you safe and the more I take you places the better he feels. He is my teacher after all so when he is in a good mood. I get to learn more.” He held out a hand to the blond. Remembering that if he was in a relationship with Hadrian and Kendall was the one needing to be watched after. That made him the woman of the pair. Therefore she needs to be treated with a respect offered to a lady. ”I hope you don't mind if I treat you like the lady of the relationship. You are Hadrian's lover so It's only proper to get that respect, M'lady. After all I was raised with manors in mind.”
