Hey I was wondering if a Hawk could be considered a family heirloom because his father bought it for him or would I have to pay for it with my 100 gm? Also I couldn't find a quiver in the prices thing and I was wondering how much those cost.

I'm pretty sure you can have a pet as an heirloom, and since hawks are only 35gm, it shouldn't be a problem. If not I'm sure one of the Liasons will let you know, but I'm pretty sure you can have it. Just make sure you have some skill in Falconry that way you can train it and stuff, otherwise it might just fly away.

There's a Climber's Quiver in the Larceny and Underworld section. It's listed at 50 GM.

As far as the hawk goes, your heirloom is usually only limited by price. As long as it is 50 GM or under, you should be fine. You may want to PM one of the Storytellers that runs the city you're starting in and ask them about the price of hawks in that area and make sure that the prices are the same as what's listed in the price list. Since prices can sometimes vary by area. If you are starting in Wind Reach (home of the Inarta), they also use a different form of currency there that may need to be considered when determining the price. Also, what Verilian said.

Lycorise- http://html-color-codes.info/ This site will help you. Choose a colour and it'll give you a set of numbers like #000000 (Which is black, for example.) Therefore, in your [frame=#000000] tag, you would adjust the 000000s to whatever value it gives you based on the colour you want. Hope that helps.

Gossamer hasn't really given me much on it since she posted in it what I needed to do to improve it, and I've changed my character a lot ... Siarak - Looks good. My only criticism would be to run your CS through a spell checker, as there are some grammar and spelling issues.

Lycorice - In regards to your CS, I'm not sure what you're asking for; if you want to 'spruce up' your CS, I would recommend looking at other CS's and get inspired from their layout. If you haven't posted in the Introduction forum yet, you could do so and ask people there for some constructive criticism. Storytellers are busy people that volunteer their time running and grading threads, on top of playing their own characters and can't always provide those opinions for you!

My only issue with your CS at the moment is your allocation to "Whip/Bow (Starting Package) ~ 15." Those are two different weapons and will require two different sets of points for each one. I won't put an Intervention on there if you can just tidy that up.
