OOCSorry to the tenth power for taking so long to respond, I was (and still am) helping a friend with a rather large-scale projectColette, so visibly pleased that he wasn't singing that he didn't have to do another song that he didn't even notice that he was being shoved towards the crowd, inevitably waiting on the androgynous fellow to do something, decided that he should present one of his own talents. Unfortunately, the only things he's known from the beginning - which he's never spoken of - was how to work leather, what kind of animal hides have what properties, how to hit people, terrible juggling, and... a bunch of sabre and hand-to-hand movements he was taught, as well as a few useless motions that he may as well make up on the spot. Like how some martial artists disguise their arts as dance, Colette sought to do the precise same thing. Except he wasn't an artist by any means.
Colette bows wordlessly to the audience, even though he should save it until he's done, and assumes a less-than-typical stance. He takes a step back on his left foot, then shifts most of his body weight onto his left leg, causing his left knee to bend while the right is outstretched and mostly weightless. His right arm, to give an idea how low he was crouched like this, was level to his chin and his left hand was on his left knee. As always, his left knee would ache a slight bit, but tough beans; as long as it threw off his opponents a little bit when they approached, he didn't give a rat. This was one of a few "fake stances" he knows.
His right arm rose over his head, like he would if he were to defend himself from another sword like this. Then taking a route that had nothing at all to do with combat and more to do with a made-up-on-the-spot motion, he shifted into a
horse stance of a kind with his legs, keeping his right arm in the same position, then quickly shifted into a somewhat upright posture with his weight on his right leg. Continuing to keep that arm where it was throughout the motion, he spun in a half-circle on his right foot, allowing his left leg to rise off the ground and spin as he would if he sought to trip an opponent, and returning to a "mirrored" version of the stance he just left. It was an idiotic maneuver in combat, obviously, but this is just for show.
He rises somewhat; his left leg and right leg shuffle closer to each other, a little, increasing the height of his current stance. He makes a circular step forward with his back foot to shift the weight onto the formerly-front leg, and crosses his arms in a
bridge (right), then raises his left arm while his right arm heads downward, as if forming some kind of wheel with his arms. Feigning as if to grab something invisible, it looks like he's pulling a rope toward him, but with the elbow he sent forward before spinning full-circle, he would likely be completely tangled up.
Motions of this sort, incorporating actual technique with random thought-up motions, would basically continue until Guy told him to stop.
NOTE - I cannot post as often thanks to bad Internet and home studies.
