Etrius gave a grunt in response to her words. He couldn't exactly understand what she had said but he knew that they would be leaving tomorrow morning. He dropped to his knees just outside the entrance to his tent and fell face first onto his bedroll. He didn't bother taking off any clothes and he never took off his gauntlet anyway. It was far to valuable to him for him to ever risk losing it. Besides, it was best to be ready for anything. He didn't know if he would wake up with all his stuff, or even wake up at all. Closing his eyes he thought about what he had gotten himself into. In the matter of a few hours he had turned from an enforcer of good to a fugitive. Well, really it was Tara they would be looking for but if he was seen with her he would be treated as an accomplice. Very well. If he would have to fight evil from outside the law then that's what he would do. But then again, Tara was evil too, wasn't she? He couldn't decide. He was just getting dragged along, it seemed, both by himself and the kelvic.
Well wherever he was going, he was sure he would be ready for it. He did not now have the strength to second guess himself. "Night." he mumbled. That was all he could get out before he slipped into the soothing darkness of sleep.
