Considered one of the most mysterious cities in Mizahar, Alvadas is called The City of Illusions. It is the home of Ionu and the notorious Inverted. This city sits on one of the main crossroads through The Region of Kalea.

The sharp teeth easily punctured his skin and now stabbed deeply into muscle. Ryce yelled in agony as the pain coursed rapidly through his nervous system. As he pounded furiously on top of the snakes head, at times missing and hitting himself, with his fist the movement sent waves of pain repeatedly with each strike.

Frustration was over powering any thought process, though little, he previously had. Moving his leg was nearly impossible as the snake coiled tightly around it. Shrieking and shaking his head violently Ryce mustered the highest jump he could, landing on his back, smashing the snake between his own weight and the ground. It proved useless as he continued; shortly after the first few attempts the impact alone was causing its own pain separate to that provided by the snake.

As he stood for his final attempt dizziness set in as his body tired from exhaustion. Even filled with determination, the slowing of his body couldn't be stopped, adrenaline lowered, as did his rage, none of this could be helped. His last effort proved to be the weakest of attempts, instead of a jump it proved more as a mere flop straight to the ground. He couldn't be sure but dared to hope that out of his five drops his sixth would be enough to release the biting snake on his shoulder.

OOCThis can be upcoming ending as we discussed, or if it's decided to continue you can move ryce about if he's released from the bite.

Scratch that. He had every intention of letting go now. He somehow hadn't anticipated the ferret's retaliation would involved smashing him over the head repeatedly. He tried to disentangle himself from the Kelvic before he suffered any brain damage, but the flurry of strikes kept his head where it was.

He yelped around the Kelvic's shoulder as the creature jumped up and crushed him with his weight. He couldn't be more than a few inches taller than Sasin in his human form, how was he so heavy? He lay, slightly dazed as the Kelvic stood up again.

Ohnonononono not again. He whimpered as the kelvic repeated his movement, and began frantically disentangling himself from Ryce's body. Pain coursed through his body with each impact, and his movements grew slower as his body expended itself.

As Ryce flopped down for the last time, Sasin finally was able to extract his jaws from the kelvic, and only had the energy to roll over a little bit away from the ferret. Shifting back into his Dhani form, he moaned weakly as his head began to throb.

They lay there for what seemed like bells, trying to catch their breath. When Sasin finally was able to sit up (in a manner of speaking), he spotted something so completely stupid and improbable that he was almost certain of divine interference.

Reaching over, he grabbed the turkey by the neck. Snapping it, he tossed it at the ferret. "This one's all yours."

As the turkey hit the ground, Ryce starred for only a few moments before turning back into a ferret. Getting in between the dhani and it was his first priority. An exhausted hiss escaped from him, hopefully enough warning for him to stay away. The ferret bit onto the back of the turkey's broken neck and pulled and yanked, eventually, dragging the turkey further away from Nyahna.

As if lazily, the ferret clawed at a set of feathers on the bird’s chest to once again indulge into some of the thick breast meat. His exhaustion was to controlling, after taking a bite he laid down to finish it off and then stood again to gather more meat. Obviously now pleased the ferret continued as such until the turkey in its entirety was devoured and he lay stuffed.

Notes:
Seeing as no one got hurt or freaked out, I won’t break out the ST INTERVENTION, but it’s hurt your skills and you deserve to know why. Ryce especially, pay attention. When you’re engaging in combat with anther character, you need to let them respond. If you try to jump on them and crawl up their sides, you need to let them decide whether you succeed or their character does something to stop them.

How do you get around this? You talk to the other person beforehand, ask whether it’s okay and let the storyteller know, in an OOC note somewhere in the post. Because if you don’t, you are godmoding; assuming that someone will not act is as much a violation as forcing them to act in a way they do not want. So you won’t be getting any points for that.

Also? Snakes don’t have teeth except for their fangs, Ryce. And if you were bitten by a venomous Dhani and the fangs pierced, you’d be dead.
