Malak Full Name: Malak of the sons of Malech Age: 17 Born: Spring 12th of 494 AV Race: Benshira Height: 5’ 2’’ Eye color: Emerald Hair color: Brown Chest: Slim Languages:Shiber and Common Additional info: Emerald and Blue are Malak’s family colors and as such he has dyed his tunic these colors. Malak likes to drop some clothing in tavern’s where he works. His work clothes usually depended on his occupation. Character Concept: Malak loves music. He loves to play and to listen. He believes music is water for the soul. Malak has loved music all his life. He likes to play the mandolin, fiddle, and flute. Malak worships the god Rhaus Along with the attraction of music, Malak loves the tavern scene. He loves spending this time in taverns and inns talking to travelers who are passing through. He is a very trusting person, not one to discriminate against races but he was around Benshira, so he is excited to meet travelers of different races. The last major attribute about Malak is his love to learn from the travelers. Every one that passes by he tries to learn a new skill from. This makes Malak and extraordinary listener. History Malak’s early childhood was very simple. His Mother was a simple house wife. She prayed to the god of Rhaus along with Yahal. She walked around Yahebah, but liked to spend a majority of her time in the Red Bazaar or The Sampson inn (where Malak’s father worked). The entire family like to look to Rhaus for advice and praise. They believed that Rhaus was not only the god of entertainment and bards but all in all the god of happiness for all. Malak’s father was a bard in The Sampson Inn, however he doubled as an Information broker. Because of Malak’s father’s devotion to Rhaus he was awarded three gnosis marks of Audius. That is how he obtained his information by persuading individuals with his music. Malak’s father passed down a family Mandolin to him. When everyone is at home things are much more relaxed with his dad playing music and teaching Malak. When Malak was 13 he started working for his dad as a courier, running information across the city. This resulted in Malak’s vast knowledge of shortcuts and streets in Yahebah. When Malak was 17 his father was murdered by a traveler passing through the city. Malak took it very hard but decided to move on and share his music with the world.
