Feeling ignored and unwanted, the little fox girl bowed her head in a shameful manner before walking back toward the direction of the white haired woman. Instead of approaching her, the little girl climbed up a stool and sat at the corner of the bar, waiting for Merv to eventually notice her small body had joined the large crowd. Aerika folded her arms on the counter and placed her chin on the spot where her arms crossed. 'Why do I even bother trying? Dead people are the only ones that are easy to deal with and never ignore me. I get their full attention while I'm taking their life, but when I leave it for them, I only get tossed aside...' Her thoughts continued to run, leading to more and more depressing thoughts to the point that she was about to tear up and cry there in the middle of the tavern. Trying to catch herself, Aerika buried her face into her arms and smashed her eyes shut, trying to keep the water from coming.

Finally Merv's head flicked over to the corner when she noticed that there was a little girl with nearly white hair, sitting all by herself. The familiar hair shocked him that she hadn't been sitting upright, so he approached her and offered a glass of milk, like she had always asked for before. "I won't ask what's wrong," he whispered to her to the point no one but Aerika could hear, "just don't let no one else see ya, they might take it as weakness." With those words, he left the drink on the counter and walked the other way leaving the little girl with her head still buried in her arms.

"You want to hear me sing?" She asked delicately, as though insanely flattered. Sera knew how well she sung, and because of that she had developed a chip on her shoulder. The woman was very egotistical when it came to her voice work, and as such, if she wasn't going to be paid to perform for such an audience, then she would limit the number of those hearing it. Her voice was only for the select few.

"I would gladly sing for you, my pet," she called him affectionately, a free hand trailing a long curved black nail under his chin. "Finish your ale, let's away to somewhere private so you can hear my voice and my voice alone." She tipped his chin upwards and she planted a small dry kiss against his cheek. Her long eyelashes brushed against his skin lightly as her bright eyes closed.
Take the bait, she begged of him. If the Symposter could 'lure' Roka, she felt this would count as a successful Harvest. Now that the little twerp was gone, she had the utmost respect for the Harvesters. She felt a pain of nostalgia. She missed Kalinor, but Sunberth was proving to be entertaining.

He shuddered pulling away from her touch once over. Her unassuming use of the word 'pet' had drawn at something inside him. He knew she didn't mean ill by it, but it hit too close to him and he felt as if a blow had landed straight in his gut without a chance to recoil.

He observed as the fellow little fox scurried away. He understood her better than the object of his current affection, and felt a bit guilty for chiding her. He, and likely only he, could hear her sniffling from across the room.

He tossed the last of his drink back and offered Seradell another smile, more forced this time. "Please just give me a moment, and then we can depart."

Hoping up, the lanky grace of any fox overtook his walk, as he treaded blithely to the girl. He squatted next to her seat and looked up at her apologetically. "Forgive me little one, I didn't mean to wound you, I better than any of these understand how you feel." He offered her a crooked smile. "When we meet again, we will hunt together and find content in each other’s presence." He placed a caring hand upon her head and stroked her hair.

He glanced back to Seradell and spoke in a hushed tone. "May the gods be with me, that I never again find someone my body wishes to bond with and subside so easily." laughing he looked back to Aerika, "A male my age, and our species, we are the foolish creatures, ne?"

Just who exactly did this Roka think he was dealing with? Did he think Seradell some common floozy, a woman that would patiently wait on a man with bated breath?
No.

He comforted the young girl and Sera had to roll her gemstone eyes. Her face carried the expression of vague disinterest mixed with disgust. Thankfully he wasn't gone long or far, and he returned quickly to her side as though he were tethered.
Good.

Sera had no idea what he was talking about - bonding, which she easily assumed to simply mean a good solid petching, or why he felt such a kinship to the young girl and her glass of milk. Milk, really? She was a child. She shouldn't be in the establishment - or without her parents at all - with rowdy men and women, their voices loud and crass, their movements carnal and violent. She huffed out a slow breath of air. The matter of the child was trivial. She had to keep focused on Roka, and so Seradell did.

He mentioned species and she was forced to wonder. It was true she had spent many a year "alive", but she had spent her time in Kalinor. Her memories of the world outside was poor; Seradell thought him only to be human. She didn't appreciate that he knew he was "easy" to lure. It made her pride in her "capture" dwindle and she was of half a mind to leave him there.
She stood then now that he had returned, adjusting her silks about her body to ensure she kept pristine, or as pristine as possible.
Seradell latched her tall body against his, her arms pressing against the wide expanse of his chest.
"Come with me."

Aerika looked down at the man with long hair through her arms and tried her best to not appear as though she were crying which only left her sniffling. She was slightly interested in what the man said, for this was one of the few people that spoke of interest about her without seeing her first first. The only other person the little girl could think of was Marty, the owner of the fresh meat store she had bough her rabbit from a couple of days ago.

As the man with the long hair left, a man in the stool next to her had finally realized that she was indeed crying and further more, he recognized her. "Your the Blood-Stained Fox? What in the world could you be crying for?" his voice so loud it broke the music of the room and a moment of silence took its place. 'The Blood-Stained Fox...?' her thoughts continued to run, her Pit name possibly given for her body being so easily stained in the blood of her victims. Aerika looked up at the man with her blood shot eyes and didn't speak a word, rather the man did once more "I thought you were a cold blooded killer, where's your pride?"

Two men at a table across the room then stood up, both of which had a motive to kill. "You! You killed my brother!" One of them spoke and the other only said "Same as I." Both men were clearly drunk but the thought in their heads were accurate. The two brother were her first two victims in the Pits, the director planned it so she would have a chance to get in the groove. These two men were much taller and far less fearful, in fact, Aerika felt a chill run down her spine from a slight expression of fear. She knew it would most likely come to all of them leaving the tavern for a moment, but who would actually return if she fought them?

Blayze, who had given up and been ignoring the entire situation, looked up with jade eyes as the men rose from their seats. But she's just a girl, how could she ki-unless... Ballocks. She's a kelvic. And these bastards are trying to pick a fight. Something like a growl emanated from her, but she tried to keep her cool. A fight now would only end badly, and she really wasn't in the mood to hack off limbs. So instead the Konti lifted her head and smirked, full berry-coloured lips stretching across opalescent teeth. She tipped her chair back, rocking on the two back legs.

"Oh come now, gentlemen." The two men looked her way, and what had merely been shock turned to agitation. The last word was mocking, but that wasn't what annoyed them. Her posture, smirk, green gaze, every inch of the young woman exuded cockiness. Arrogance born of the fact she was pretty sure that if it came down to fight, she'd be the one to win.

"Are you actually petching serious? She's a kid! Kelvic or not, she's only a child!"

"My brother is dead because of that fox." "As is mine."

"Oh please. If they were stupid enough to throw themselves into the Pits, then they got what was coming to them."

The agitation turned to anger. She casually dropped her hand from her lap. It hung less than two inches from her Tiger Hooks. A lazy grin slid its way onto her face.

Could it really be? The woman with white hair had spoken up, mocking them, provoking them. She looked like a fight, much more so than Aerika did herself, but still, the two men were large, and the odds of winning by ones self was no larger than just taking their knife and carving your own heart out for them. Knowing how this was going to go, Aerika looked over to Merv who was watching carefully, making sure none of his tables or chairs were going to be thrown. She took the glass of milk which was left on the counter and took a large sip from it, allowing its cold fluid to fill her stomach. Worried about her white dress like usual, and knowing how she typically fought, Aerika stripped her clothing right then and there. Placing her clothes in her bag, several of the patrons in the tavern stopped what they were doing to gaze at the now naked child's pale, nearly glowing skin.

Aerika's feet pointed toward each other as she then curled her arms toward the two men and tossed her fear to the side. Her faced returned to its emotionless state as from nowhere, she sudden let out a large growl, easily heard from the entire tavern. Her voice as angry as it could be, she growl while speaking to the men that were actually feeling the same fear they had caused a moment ago. "If you feel like you actually stand a chance of living then I'll see you outside!" With those words, Aerika's body began to glow and suddenly light up the corner she was in. In just a moment, her body shifted to the form of her fox body and before the light could disappear completely, she darted outside, awaiting the two men to follow. Taking a ready position, she faced the doors to find that the two men were still ready to fight for their fallen brothers. Aerika stood there for a moment as the two men stood ready as well, both of which were looking around, trying to find something to use as a weapon for themselves.

Roka had barely noticed the beginnings of the tirade against his fellow kin; his pulse was too busy drowning out all others as it echoed in his ears. He began to follow obediently when the quarreling escalated. His face paled as he watched what just transpired. This child was absolutely into everything... He looked to Seradell, and continued after her for an instant, before he felt the familiar light of a Kelvic transformation. 'Really? Was she always so impetuous?' Surely she could have found an easy way to slip away, their breed was cunning, but she seemed all too naive.

"Foolish girl..." he turned away from the situation seeing she had enough help as it was. Apparently even a place like Sunberth, children, Kelvic or otherwise were still treated as such.

The men were drunken stumbling fools, as they rushed to follow after the freshly transformed ball of fur, they unmercifully rammed into Roka and Seradelle. Roka caught her firmly and kept them both upright, pleased that he was still light on his feet at three ales. Still a growl rose in his chest and his eyes narrowed. This was becoming all too much, in this night he had experience both sides of the spectrum in his emotions. He wished for Seradell to be angry, so that he may assist and pummeling these jesters and then returning to his aforementioned engagement with a clear mind.

Being so violently rocked scared Seradell. She was far too concerned with sharp objects running through her or causing injuries. She much liked having her body in perfect condition. Unlike her companion she was sure would heal, Seradell would not. She would have to get a sewing kit. This thought alone sat on her lip in a frown.

Sera was incredibly angry now that there had been an unwarranted assault on her person and she reached for the nearest object - a glass mug with handle, with Sera promptly broke. The mug transformed into a long shard of glass attached to the handle and she wielded the makeshift weapon with extreme caution.

"Don't just stand there, Rrroka~ You said you would protect me~" Her voice almost sang in his ear, breathy and eeriely intriguing.
The group had incited an all out fight across the bar and the emotions of the bar patrons grew heated. Not before long did another group bust out into fisticuffs, and a chair was launched into the air, landing rather close to the Konti in the back corner.
Sera remembered being a Konti. It was in her early days when she hadn't really cared about her bodies. It was, however, her first woman's form.

Addressing the group that had launched into her person - Sera loved that phrase 'her person', for she found it so delightfully fitting - she threatened with the glass blade.

"Who wants to play with me, boys? Who wants a kiss, huh?" Another sadistic turn of phrase for Sera, who would always kiss her dead before she took their body.

Aerika stood just outside of the bar, the light of the sun was high and bright. Her body reflected the light so easily that when her body actually began to glow itself, it could not be seen. The small fox did however turn back into its naked human form, staring bluntly into the eyes of the two drunken, angry men. Aerika's body was skinny, small, no more the size of a young child, and considering she was still a kelvic pup, it fit her. The small girl's pale face began to tilt downward, showing more of her light hair, still reflecting brightly under to light of the sun.

Without any words coming from the small girl, the two men were jumpy, ready to kill the one that had killed their family members. "It's an eye for an eye you bitch!" one of the men blurted out, apparently confusing a fox for a dog. Aerika blinked rapidly under her hair, yet did not move, for it was not time. The two men rushed her, step after step, each of them ran closer to her, and worse, she noticed they had support, a few extra members of the tavern were outside to either cheer them on or aid in the little girl's death. When the first man reached arm's length of the girl, he threw his fist along with his body behind it directly to her head.

Aerika did not move, for she had forgotten to watch the one closest, and not the ones still approaching. Being able to count just over five before she was hit, the little girl was sent head over heels toward the nearest wall and was now propped up against it. I large bruise began to form on her face and her eyes stayed shut for just a moment before she opened them to look at the man who thought he had just won. She stood back up without using her arms, stared into the back of the head of the man that had just sent her flying, who seemed to notice and began turning around to face the fox girl again. Whispering, Aerika spoke "My turn." The small child sprinted toward the man who was winding up for another punch and this time knew how to go about it. As he launched his massive arm toward her head once again, she grabbed his hand, twisted her body, and pushed the arm to the side to miss her entirely. She quickly shifted into her fox form and jumped into the air, making it clear over his head. As she reached the peak of the jump, she transformed yet again to grab his throat her small hands, digging her finger nails into his skin. the rest of her body caught up and the weight of her body caused the man to start falling from imbalance. She then flicked her feet to wrap them around his neck again and then grabbed the top of his head to pull herself up to his head. Aerika dug her nails once again into the back of his neck and started digging, in a panic the man tried to pull her off of him but her grip would not give. Running out of ideas, the man tried to slam his head into the wall to injure the girl on his face. She noticed and flipped around to the back of his head and then caused the man to face slam into the wall and fall onto his back. The girl sat on his chest, looked into his pain filled eyes, and started bitting and ripping at his throat.

Blood covered her body, her face was red, her hands were dripping, and she was still eating the meat torn from the dead man's neck. Aerika stood up, looked at the rest of the men, her eyes remained the exact same as they were as she asked "Who's next?"
