Can these status points be gotten by PCs which come from Zeltiva through flashbacks or only from this point onwards? This is really something to look out for

alright people, just thought I would make a very quick announcement. Despite my passed belief that Eva was in Ravok, I have hence decided that she is in Zelativa instead . I am not yet sure how long she has been there just yet, but it has been longer than just spring.
