As Rykanis did his best to slow his breathing, he watched as the kelvic fell to his knees. Apparently he was more exhasuted than himself... He after all was an akalak warrior, used to fighting and training... While this guy was not normally much of a fighter, obviously did not do much. Rykanis on the other hand had the bruises to prove all of his time spent training his armed skill, and unarmed. Some still fresh, to go along with these ones he had newly gained. Rykanis ignored him for a bit, assuming that he was not a threat anymore, turning his back to him as he went over to the weapons racks, and returned the wooden ones to there places. It took him a few minutes, to get it all put away, finding the right spots for them. Once he was done, he turned back to the kelvic, who seemed to have regained a bit of his composure. "Well, I guess here we part. Maybe we will meet in combat another time."

John nodded as Rykanis indicated that he wanted to leave. Then again, so did John to a certain degree. After a quick nod, and leaving the building, squinting ever so slightly in the bright sun light, he turned down to follow the main road for a ways over the bridge. The bridge was a sturdy affair, well built over the river that ran through the city. As he crossed it, he got off the main roads and walked across the grassy area's around and between buildings to the Knirin Park. Once he'd gotten to his statue, he sat down and leaned back against it. Then he pulled out the only shiny thing Rykanis apparently had out of his shirt sleeve .... Rykanis's lakan.

Animals use scents for identification, so why are human names so important? Shiny is the best weapon, Notes: Ryk- Sparring is not about winning; you must allow your partner to get in some hits too, or no one will want to spar with someone who's always perfect. You cannot dodge every strike from your opponent as it's unrealistic unless you're Master level. Even in human form, ferrets have incredible dexterity that would be a matching balance to your immense Akalak strength. Very funny how you have Ryk obsessing over a name and showing his intensity for finding out what he considers a secret. Great job with Ryk emphasizing a strong, Akalak combat strength mentality. I like how you're displaying Rykanis' quick temper showing through so clearly. Dex, I like your writing, but there's not enough of it--I'd really like to see some longer posts from you, as I'm sure the rest of your readers would like that too. Although I'm giving you a point to larceny this once, if you're going to steal something in the future, you need to show the action of stealing the object and get OOC permission first. Great job in showing your true Kelvic disregard for a mere human styled name. Well done using dexterity and strategy as a true ferret mentality instead of trying for inappropriate strength based weapons. I really like how you're maintaining a true ferret mentality. Financial notes: Missing Lakan is now Dex's possession. Please work out another thread of either getting it back and/or discovering it missing. Until then Ryk, please note the loss of Lakan in you CS and the addition of said Lakan in your CS Dex.
