Wart picked up her rag as the woman did and started on the wall. As she continued to scrub she saw that they were in desperate need of more water, as the dirt was just sort of spreading around instead of actually coming off. Hope that boy hurries it up or nothin's goin ta get done. If it were me I'da gotten that water back by now. Glancing back she noticed him with some blond girl. She sighed in frustration, getting a little irritated at the number of people that were suddenly congregating here. Wart preferred to work alone, and while "many hands made light work," this many people seemed to just slow things down and get in the way.
When she looked back and noticed the Konti girl, she had to bite her lip to keep from voicing her frustration. She wasn't a huge fan of the Konti. She hadn't seen many, but from what she could tell, they were small, white, and fragile. And besides that, they were supposedly "special," having some kind of special gift or something. Fragility and magic. Both things she preferred not to have to work with. When the woman threw the girl a rag, she moved over to make room for her. Long as she's making herself useful I guess.
On hearing the boy ask about the water, Wart couldn't help but stop what she was doing and angrily mumble under her breath. "... He hasn't... even... left... yet..." Not taking much thought to the Konti girl's question she answered "Wart" and went back to silently griping. Without water this wall can't get clean if the wall ain't clean no paint, no paint, no point to all of this and its a day wasted. I am Not wasting an entire day. Finally she turned around. "Look how bout I just go get the water real quick?"
