Hello and welcome to my den of madness, you unfortunate Mizaharians!
For all sake's and purposes, you can address me as D. Titles are important because they ground the item they're gifted to into reality. Without names, people can lose themselves, as well as their identities. They just sort of float away, and I never want that to happen to me.
So yes, call me D.
I'll call you whatever you'd like.
I've decided to maintain this little boggy-wog because to be frank, I want to. There's no other reason. I like writing, I like ranting, I like just about everything besides croutons.
Also kelp.
Croutons and kelp make my face contort.
Kelp is about as gross as sinking your teeth into mushy fish insides. Only the insides are green, and slimier than they should ever be.
I have a terrawatt light-bulb for a lamp, and half the nights I sit here writing, I feel like bashing it to pieces and feeding the remains to other terrawatt light-bulbs. But alas, this cannot be, for light-bulbs don't eat. Now that my rant is over I'm sleeping! And no-one can stop me! It's 4:03, I'm seventeen, and I'm tired gosh darn it.
Sleep well, Mizahari.~ You can expect most posts from me in the future to be far larger than this.
BOOP!

Welcome to Mizahar, D! I hope you get settled fairly well. I'm sure the welcome committee will be along soon with its customary fruit basket. And by fruit basket, I mean grocery bag of seaweed. We're on a budget here and that stuff is free. |

Feeling very poorly lately, have mercy on your absentee merbadger. (2/20/13)

You know I woke up and I was having a bit of a confused day. The air was rank with the smell of uncooked fish, and I felt like Satan had taken residence in my bones in the form of an ache so deep that every movement was like being pressed under one of those giant rolling vehicles that crush things under an even bigger cylindrical thing.
Colombina's post made it better~ Thank you, Colombina. C:
Today's topic is now about seafood.

First the seafood was real. My parents made sushi for breakfast, something that I personally believe should earn you a little spot in hell because everyone knows sushi is gross. I'm not one to knock the entire category of seafood, but my god, a little ball of.. raw.. fish.. and slimy things.. and avocado.. It's like a man leaped into the ocean and went, "What horrible concoction can we make today?!"
They were probably one of those men/women who wanted to make a super famous recipe but realized that with all the truck loads of ingredients that exist in the world, you'd be screwed to try anything unique anymore.
So they said, "Screw it! Found this on the ocean floor. Wrapping it into a roll and eating it."
And it worked.

It actually worked.
<-- Me screeching.
Props to those of you who can actually swallow sushi. I really wish I could enjoy it because it's such a popular dish. Unfortunately every time I've tried it I feel like my throat's going to convulse itself to pieces. So sushi, for now, is a no-no. And in case anyone asks, I've tried all sorts of sauces and dips and whatnot.
Just does not work. ;^;
On the bright side, when it doesn't come to sushi I'll just eat about anything. And that's not a dramatization, the first calamari I ever ate I cooked myself. Same goes for shrimp, crab, and lobster. I really have a fondness for snow crap, especially with that delicious buttery dipping stuff they serve at places like red lobster.
Mmn~ It's too early to be fantasizing about food. I only just woke up.
At 1:57 PM.
Life is good.
HAPPY SUMMER BOOP!
