A Welcome Back (Closed)

[Blizzard]

Blizzard's expressionless face smiled once she saw the newcomer she strangely smelt like bird. "I'm beginning to believe Kelvics are the only one's populating this place." she chuckled "Well, I guess that means the lass isn't coming. Oh well." With a warm grin she looked at the new comer who warily walked over "You don't have to be scared. We're not gonna bite." Looking at Shyam, she smirked, then looked back at the newcomer "At least, if you don't provoke." A sudden breeze blew her long blonde locks away from her face, but then died down. Her stone blue eyes looked at Shyam and then at the newcomer "So what are we just standing here for? We could go grab a bite? Standing here we're bound to be a target for some prankster." With a soft pace, she began to walk down the street humming "You guys are coming, aren't ya?" To be honest, she wasn't sure exactly where she was going. She was probably just going to look for some restaurant. With it being late in the evening, The Withering Rose wouldn't be a bad choice. Their prices we're horrible, but they weren't the cheapest. The food was pretty good quality as well based on her prior experience and it probably would've been better if she didn't have a killer breathing down her back.

[Shyam Kuromiya]

Lead on. Smiling softly, he looked up into the sky. It was a dark grey with streaks of black and white running through it. He followed the lady with the blue eyes that reminded him of the sky in spring, and wondered what would happen. The Kelvic that had joined them surprised him. Most of the Kelvic he knew were land animals but he seemed to be a bird of prey. He looked at him from the corner of his eyes as not to let him notice he was being observed. I wonder who would win between him and Aesir in a battle. He smiled softly at this though before focusing on Blizzard and just followed without thinking.

[Corbin]

Corbin released a breath he'd been holding. That went well he mused.
He looked at the Kelvic that had spoken to him. He took in the blond hair, tan skin and stoney eyes. She seemed to be friendly enough. It occurred to him he was next to a feline Kelvic, and cats liked to chase birds. He'd have to remember not to give her a reason to eat him.
Damn I'm gloomy... he thought glumly as he followed the feline down the street.

[Sylkra]

Sylkra looked at them both, and said happily, "I'm Sylkra!" She was happy and proud to be standing among such fine warrior Kelvics. She would be glad to come with them, and aid them in whatever way she could. "I'm a wolf Kelvic, just like you!" she exclaimed, pointing to Shyam.

[Corbin]

I think I like this one Corbin smiled in amusement at his fellow Kelvic
I shouldn't have been so scared of talking to them
"My name is Corbin" he said to the blond-haired woman. "I'm a Raven, if my name didn't tell you that. What animal are you?" he added quickly "If you don't mind me asking"
I really need to work on talking to people more he thought. To her credit the woman seemed to be hiding her amusement well.

[Blizzard]

Blizzard looked back at Corbin "Nah, I don't mind at all. Actually, a snow leopard." she chuckled. "Don't suppose anyone speaks Vani?" she asked this because if they couldn't they wouldn't know what the heck she just said. She let her gaze linger to the ground as she elegantly turned back around to what where she was going. The buildings could change and there would be a random wall behind her. The strangers seemed friendly and might could make some really good friends in this crazy city. "So any shoutouts to where you're all from? I myself am from Avanthal." She didn't like silence in crowds and would most definitely be the first one to break it. Even if it included asking crazy questions. The buildings changed again, leaving her with hope so they could find some place to eat "Hey guys, I don't really know of any place we could go eat." Truth was she didn't. The Withering Rose only served late night dining, and after that she really didn't know of any more places "We might could go by that crazy statue I've heard of?"

[Corbin]

That sounds good
he shrugged when she turned to look at him "I know a little Vani" he told her "I'd like to learn more" He was well aware of how un-subtle his hint had been, but he didn't care. He looked around at the shifting buildings and frowned "Who's idea was it to make them do that?" he asked no one in particular "Whoever they were, they have a terrible sense of humour"

[Shyam Kuromiya]

Shyam was barely concentrating on the conversation. He was looking at the city around him wondering if there was an order to how the city changed. He would have to ask Blizzard again later if he could.Sorry I did not... understand what you said before. I do not.....mind. It is Okay with me

He looked back down the street they had just come from to see a wall that was never there before. It seemed to be made of a weird substance, that was like a mix between stone and slime. He wanted to see what it was and experiment with it but he realized that would be rude so he ignored it and continued with them.

[Blizzard]

"A little Vani is better than none at all." the almost musical notes left Blizzard's tongue in a way that would make a passerby stop and listen. That was what she liked about Vani. It was practically music. Her attention was once again directed at Shyam, which she noted with a nod to let him know he wasn't being ignored. She looked back at Sylkra then looked ahead once more. She decided to acknowledge Corbin's question "The answer to your question, is Ionu. A God/Goddess who's humor just ever so happens to be the reason I'm enjoying this place. Who's humor makes animals like us fit in better, so I would have to say they as in Ionu, have a pretty good sense of humor. And I would really take that back before you get marked negatively by him/her." She didn't care to call herself an animal for it was what she was. It was what they all four were. "Did you guys happen to bring any money?" was all Blizzard said as she stopped in front of a stairway that led downwards. It was the Playhouse where one could go and enjoy themselves with much delight or so she'd heard from one of the locals. Some bronze could get them into the pits but some silver could get them high seats where they could enjoy the show more.

[Corbin]

"I have some money with me" Corbin tapped his chest, where under his shirt he had a coin pouch hanging from his neck by a cord. He looked past her, down the staircase. He'd never been down there before. He'd always been too busy for things like that. He had 10 gold mizas with him, but he wasn't even sure how much things were going to cost, or if he should be carrying such a large sum of money around at all.
