Jack was busily scritching away at a piece of paper when Geothryn entered. He glanced up wordlessly as the man started quickly spouting information and questions. He blinked a few times as he absorbed the information.

“Some sort.” He smiled faintly at his own jest. “Do you consider yourself very organized? We can always use a new clerk to keep the books organized and dust the shelves. Occasionally I need help with copying work but new people only get to help with small things until their writing abilities improve. Does that sort of work interest you?”

Jack wiped his ink stained fingers on his pants as he waited for the man to answer. Almost as an afterthought he added, “Oh, and what did you say your name was?”

Geothryn grinned at Jacks' use of the word sort. He would like working here, he thought. "I'm not overly organized, but I do try to keep a neat home. Everything in its place, and all that. I wouldn't mind sorting books. And working on my penmanship. I'd be very interested indeed."

"Geothryn, though you can call me Geo." He answered. Was that it? It seemed a fairly simple interview, if that was the case. He'd have to ask if he would be allowed to play his lute in the library when he wasn't busy. Later, though.
Everything seems to be returning to normal, so forecast is normal posting rate with a chance of binge posting on the weekends.

Jack nodded slowly and scratched his chin as he considered Geo's qualifications. They were rather short-staffed anyways and the library was always a popular place for residents to go. Extra help certainly couldn't hurt things. Felix always liked to see new faces around and it helped keep the conversation from getting too stale at break times.

"Alright Geo, we will take you on as a clerk. Like I said, it's mostly just organizing the books and keeping the library clean. But occasionally I might have a project for you." Jack smiled and offered his hand to shake.
