Stretching northward along the coastline of the Suvan Sea, the Cobalt Mountains are the home of the Bronze Wood, numerous ruins, and creatures both strange and fantastical.

The forest was so peaceful and it was nice to relax in natures splendor, the trees and surroundings were much different then the jungle wilds he was familiar with. But it felt good to relieve himself of the city for a short while, he felt like meditating in the calmness of the wind and trees.

He went to work foraging for some things nothing special except for the things nature provides, stones more like boulders to be precise. And of varying weights and sizes, he would begin by picking up a boulder with both hands holding it like a sand ball.

He let his mind go and heaved it up breathing out, releasing he breathed in. He felt his biceps and pex tense and tighten with every powerful curl. Every repitition put him a step forward sculpting his massive form to absolute perfection as sweat beaded off his body.

Holding the same boulder he breathed and twisted from side to side he felt his abs burn like fire and squeeze and tense. The slower the movement the more intense the work out, he pushed through the burn as he forged himself like a black smith hammers steel.

Laying down on the ground boulder in hand Tork began doing sit ups, pulling forward with weight so heavy it would have crushed a man. And then slowly relaxing when he picked himself up only to drop down and push up again as time continued on he breathed and emptied his mind doing twists to work the corners of his stomach. About twenty minutes passed before he proceeded to his next task.

Getting up he picked up the boulder and worked his back raising and lowering the boulder above his head. Getting tired he simply dropped the rock to the side and carried on.

He was looking for something particular in the woods

When he had found a flat surface Tork layed down on his stomach and put his hands outstretched on the ground pushing himself off the ground it was easy so long as he maintained proper breathing. Up down the motions were slow and repetitive, but he felt his biceps and chest tensing and hardening as he carried on.

When he finished with a set

He carried onto another taking time between each set of twenty to stretch so that he may not hurt himself throughout the course of about 2 hours he had accomplished 10 sets of 20.

But now there was a terrible thirst his body needed hydration so he moved along looking for a stream when he found one he would begin scooping handfuls of water to cool himself off and quench his thirst

Now that he reached a period of cooling down his physical body, he began to sit down and meditate. He relaxed and let his body relax, he was concentrating on his Djed his metaphysical being.

He felt gentle energy surge through his body he did push or force, rather released his problems and took control of the flux.

Feeling the pattern of energy and how it flowed, calm serene and gentle the purpose of this exercise was about controlling a tiny bit of energy.

Knowing how it moved and how it reacted was crucial, how does one expect to control a river wild if he cannot control a trickling stream. That was how injury happens, like most of his pursuits of strength it was not brute force and ignorance that prevailed rather understanding and application.

He would meditate on this thought using that tiny stream of energy.

It had been a few hours now and the Jamoura was pleased with his results, releasing the tiny flicker of flux energy he got up. His body was rested and he was ready to start a whole new style of training.

Allowing the flux to flow freely he allowed it to surge into his biceps and arms, using this new found strength he placed his to hands around the trunk of a beaten tree and squeezed. His strength allowed him to crush that trunk with almost no resistance.

He walked to another sickly tree and pulled down on it until it snapped at the base and came barreling down with a thunderous crash.

Allowing the flux to flow to his back and arms he bear hugged the broken trunk and pulled upwards tearing it free from its rooted position as if it had never been grounded.

Feeling as if he sufficiently trained with flux he released the energy, Flux was a dangerous form of personal magic. Using to much could rip the body apart, using a constant flow for to long and you risk tearing or straining enhanced area. It was best used in short bursts after all flux gifts the user with a prowess far beyond physical capability
