Physical Description:
Human: In Noctan's human form, which he mastered earlier than most, he is not noticed that often. In this form he is 5'3" in height. He has green eyes and short ash - brown hair. Like all of the Viper Dhani, he has a slender build, which that and his height give him some looks, he could care less. He weighs 132 pounds.

Dhani and Snake Forms: In these two forms he has red-orange scales with yellow scales on his from his stomach to the bottom of his snout, with a few white scales. His hood is a light red. As a snake he is 9'3" and in his Dhani form he is 11'2".

Character Concept:
Personality: Noctan is a secretive, cautious person. He usually does not show anger in the slightest, which helps his job with dealing with people who try to make him angry. He prefers to stay in the shadows and no be noticed. He is different from other assassins in the aspect that he only kills criminals.

Ethics:
He enjoys killing, but does not see the point of killing people who don't deserve it, he prefers killing criminals, but if he was hired to, he would kill an innocent. The few friends he does have are mostly assassins and if they are, they too, kill criminals. He trusts his friends with his life and would risk his life to save them if they were in danger.When killing, he usually kills with intelligence. This is because he is not that great at fighting. He often tries to avoid hand to hand combat if he can.

Likes: Killing, reading, writing, learning, succeeding, and helping friends.

Dislikes: People who think they are better than everyone, idiots, people who are racist
against any race, and being the center of attention.

History: Noctan was born in the Dhani nest near Ahnastep, like most vipers. He had an average life at that age, learning how to hunt, fighting with his siblings, learning of Siku, and of course the ceremonial torturing of victims. In one of these ceremonies, Noctan Struck the victim so hard he killed him. And the second he did came the best feeling he ever felt in his life.

Noctan left the nest at the age of 80. He had decided to go to Ahnastep and explore the city. When he got to the city it was a strange sight to him, as he had never seen so many buildings. He stayed at the inn that night and went to explore the city the next day. While he was looking at all the shops and people, he heard two talking about a local thief who stole a prized ring from one of them. Remembering the feeling he got from killing that torture victim, he tracked down the criminal to his house, snuck in and killed him. He then took the ring of the dead man's finger and handed it to the person it was stolen from, saying he found it in the street.

When he reached the age of 91 he became more skilled at assassinations and gained knowledge of various weapons, poisons, and techniques of killing. He tthen discovered how to use his human form, earlier than most of his kind. He uses this form to blend in with others. He is a nobody. Never Noticed. Just how he likes it.
