Above all, her yearning for love and her naivety leaves her open to being hurt by people. Desires: A desire for Love and to see more of the world. She also longs to meet her mother, from whom she holds her dark eyes, slight figure, bone structure and lightly copper-golden skin. History: Pre-Creation: Astreia was brought up by her Father, Aleicis, who met her Mother, Malkaiapa, while she was on what the Chaktawe call 'The Searching' and he was travelling to the Eyktol Region to venture into the Tomb city of Hai, where he had heard there was a multitude of gold and artefacts. Malkaiapa convinced him out of it, and in due course they fell in love. Although Aleicis asked her to return to Wind Reach with him, she refused, and gave birth to Astreia before returning to her tribe. Aleicis returned to Wind Reach and, in due course, paired up with Tmira, having six other children with her - Endire and Pelix, Lyra, Aenadia, Taelia, Raelli. Astreia is very fond of her younger siblings and didn't know that Tmira wasn't her mother until she was told in her early teen years. It was, in many ways, a great relief to her as she had always felt like an outsider vis-a-vis the society she had been brought up in. Eventually, in the Fall of 511, she left Wind Reach and travelled towards Zeltiva, stopping off at various points. Unfortunately, on the way in mid-winter 512, she got captured in the wildlands and enslaved. Taken to Nyka by her new master, she found herself prey to constant abuse inflicted by him and mistrustful of his magic, juxtaposed with eventual feelings of tenderness he said he had for her... and her own conflicted feelings for him. It has been a difficult situation, made all the more difficult by the rejection of his advances. Although he hasn't forced her, he has treated her all the worse for it and expects to eventually 'break her spirit'. Skills:
