"a boiling water inside but ice cold outside." Ghost Form Jibril is a water elemental ghost. Whenever before, during or after materialization there would sprout molecules of water vapors and most likely fogging around his radius. Dropping of temperature is also a common thing. Usually he resides on bodies of water or nearby bodies of water, like lakes, streams, rivers and even springs to warn youngsters of possible drowning. But then, even though his a water affinity ghost he loves to wander or travel continents. His lengthy cloak soaked wet with water...
