Some speak of Amelia as no more than an average woman, the only reason for her to stand out being named her pure black eyes she has inherited from her grandmother. She stands no higher than 5’6 and her black, straight hair is allowed to fall freely down to her middle hips. When she is spending time with her mother or animals it's a relatively thin but long braid in order to stop hair from getting in the way. Her formal event hairstyle is a series of complex knots, decorated by floral hairpins. Her skin is pale and she does her best to keep it smooth and without blemishes. In the sun she appears to be porcelain white just like her father. Unless she has been on the road or training, her lips are colored red.She never frowns, or at least tries to, since over the years she has noticed that sadness and anger pushes people away and even though she enjoys solitude, she love attention. The young girl is usually standing proud, with her chin lifted up just the slightest bit and her posture graceful as her manner of walking. She never runs. She has no problems showing her skin and rarely gets embarrassed of nudity. Amelia is usually found wearing dresses that show her neck and shoulders, believing that it is much more appealing for a woman to wear that than pants. However she doesn’t enjoy high heeled shoes or flip flops, preferring to wear ridding boots or any comfortable boots at all, when it's warm she can also be found wearing shoes that remind ballerina shoes that are well fitted. Her choice of colors to wear are warm colors like red, orange and yellow. Amelia enjoys lace and floral patterns, her clothing is made of light and flowing fabrics, or how some call it 'flying silk'. However her cloaks and boots are usually kept black. She usually avoids wearing gloves, scarfs or hats, unless she would freeze. Concept
Amelia is calm and listens well. She usually smiles and one of her primary skills of life is observing others and reading their bodies in order to tell what they are feeling and what they are craving for. she rarely lies, but she compliments anyone she finds useful or attractive. She is well read and her father tries to teach her the art of seduction, what she picked up quite well. But this has also led her to becoming a sensation craver, and even though she rarely is interested in sex, she enjoys a variety of sensations that could be associated with it. She has proper manners and enjoys being groomed to her finest. But, a trait that seems to be a contrast to her father, is her tolerance of other races. More so, she is curios of them. Her father has thought her to hate them, but no, she grew curios of them and now wants to know their language an culture. She enjoys studying everyone and everything she can. Her priority is studying humans and this usually leads her to spying on them or even stalking. Her second biggest passion being languages even though she has little talent in linguistics and has little knowledge beyond common. But her love for water is a bit strange, as she bout loves it and fears it. Amelia can't swim, she has almost drowned a few times. This had made her life in Ravok be quite the challenge, but she is getting used to big pools of water. History
Amelia has grown up in a life she couldn’t really complain about. She might not have had the luxury of life that others have had, but she has always been happy. Her younger years have been spent in Zeltiva where her mother was a music teacher. There Amelia met a lot of Kontis that eventually lit the flame of knowledge in her, desire to learn fortune telling. They were also the ones who thought the girl to speak poor, yet kontineese. However in the year of 500 a.v., spring, the family spent almost a whole year traveling to the other end of the region, in order for her father to continue the work he held in the order of the black sun. Her mother refused to live in Ravok and so Amelia and her mother stayed in Syliras. Where she was thought to never mention The Black sun, ever, the hard way. Amelia missed her father, so as soon as she had managed to travel, she did. And after she felt the luxury of her father's life in Ravok, after she felt like she was a somebody in Ravok. After she saw the beautiful and inviting city...she was never the same. Her fright of water didn't stop her to dream of the city every passing day. Her return to Syliras was painful, more emotionally as anything, as she had managed to fall in love with the city. There, she had someone to return to. And when she got to Ravok in the fall of 512.a.v. she stayed there, now as a citizen of Ravok, the daughter of an agent, Dominic Cross. And her life moved along smoothly, she was well off for her job and thanks to her father, she had a lot of things come easier than it would have to come to most. Her papers were done quickly, she met people of higher standing and despite her not being well known, she had lot of things he couldn't even dream of in Syliras. But magic didn't come easy and the studying at the institute was expensive for the girl who didn't want to take her father's money. So in the summer of 513.a.v. she became the apprentice of a great magician and the solder of the Ebonstryfe...Clyde Sulins..., from that point on, she was bound to him with the 'grand-oath' that the gods themselves looked after. She hasn't regretted it, not yet...who knows what could happen with this union... The rest of her story, is yet to be told... Characteristics
