Flashback Issues...

Okay, being an Inarta, where can I do flashbacks?
I was just curious, obviously I can't just go to Syliras
and make a flashback for the Skyinarta Mountains...
where should I post?

Also in general, if someone could lay down the rules as to how you go about making flashbacks...
