Quick question. I know RF will be cut off for most of the winter due to disease, and the sanctuary will be too, but can people in RF still go back and forth to Sanct or is it locked down completely? And if it is locked down to people .... How secure is that and could a certain curious ferret make his way about if he so chose too?

Since the Sanctuary has been on lockdown since the 80th of fall, they are disease free. RF will allow traffic back and forth after they quarantine on the 30th. This will also be true of the Mines, the Cerulean HQ, The Creamery, The Vineyard and Winery and things like Vyctoria's which are outside the city gates as long as they are not letting any strangers in their midst.

I am moving at the end of the month and between moving, preparing, Christmas and Yule festivities as well as seeing myself off to old friends, I've been pretty swamped.
