Locations within the Outer Oceans are organized according to which ocean, which region and, sometimes, which city they are nearest. Occasionally, you will see coastal locations included here that do not have a proper place within the borders of the city. For example, the coast nearest Kalinor is not beside or especially close to the actual city, nor is it considered part of the Unforgiving (if approached by ship). Therefore, it would have a place here.
