OLD [Syliras' OOC Thread] The Calm within the Storm

Hey hey!

To all those in Syliras and the surrounding environs, the mentally challenged Riaruk has entered the city.

Anyone wanting to post, about pretty much anything, then feel free to catch me in chat or PM me. I'd love to help develop anyone's skills, stories, charries, etc.

Hit me up, and do it hard - he needs a good smack.

Mentally challenged? Sounds like a challenge. Welcome to Mizahar and especially Syliras! Glad to have another one here to shake things up a bit. Anyway, just to tell anyone that bothers about this, Crypt will be leaving Syliras on the 90th of Winter for an adventure on the high seas - with piracy, beautiful wenches (hopefully) and an Evil Hagrid look-alike to boot! So if you're looking to RP with him, do PM me before Spring arrives!

P.S.: I've noticed that Chevalier seems to be flooded with threads to grade nowadays, considering that he hasn't been really active these days, so do try approaching other STs to grade your threads instead of adding more to his workload. Unless you've already posted in his office, that is, but that'll be for later. Here's a list of them:

Emblem - He's a Syliras AS, though I don't know why he seems to be one of the more obscure STs around here. He's less inactive compared to Chevalier anyway, so do ask him if he grade or moderate your thread sometime!

Jester - The new guy on the scene. He's a floating AS of Sylira, so he should be able to help you out on grading and moderating in and around Syliras.

Accolade - Some of you may know him as the AS with the creepy doll image, if you're not so new to Mizahar. He's very friendly, and always grades your threads promptly! So do post on his office and ask for a grade - I'm sure Accolade will help you out with a smile!

Paragon - The RS of Sylira. He may be imposing, but he's actually a real friendly guy. Now, I don't recommend you asking him to grade your threads in Syliras, since he's mostly concerned with the Wildlands and Zeltiva (and is quite a busy guy too), but in theory you can ask him to help grade your threads or moderate something for you in Syliras or the Cobalt Mountains. He's allowed to do both in Sylira, but I feel that you should ask the other STs I mentioned above before turning to him as a last resort.

As for those waiting for Chevalier to grade your threads, I'd suggest being a little more patient before asking another ST to grade your thread. Just wait for a little while more, maybe even PM him to ask about it.

If I've made any mistakes, feel free to correct me! I apologise in advance if I have inadvertedly insulted or misjudged something.

Hey folks. I'm getting ready to close up shop, and so Accolade will be fully taking the helm of Syliras. That as it is, I'll be closing out my office with grades and finishing up quests I'm running, but please don't submit any additional grades to me. Once that's all taken care of I'll be out officially. Ya'll have been great, and realistically I'd love to just stick around but with the promotional stuff happening at work my new position has never allowed me to maintain the activity I had 6 months ago. And I only have 1 PC to boot. You'll all be in very capable hands though, so don't worry.

... I should have known. I noticed that both of you (or is it just you, Chevvy?) used that infamous phrase, that amazing five words that made me laugh for five minutes straight when I first heard it.

The answer is more body-building.

All you STs never tell me who their PCs are! I've been on this site for roughly 5 months, and I can never remember who the STs' PCs are. Other than Iggy - he's Balderdash, isn't he?
