Maurelle was a creature of the warmth, of the sun and she was in need of it like humans needed air. It was only natural that she craved to return towards the southern Suvan, especially as the winter was right here. She was more than certain, that if it hadn’t been for the rumored storm, she’d have been spending her whole time here. But nature can’t be controlled and the girl who’s mind was of a child decided it was best to be safe than sorry.

None the less, her little job as an herbalist has gotten her to the Vanti island. Last time Maurelle had come to visit the Konti woman she made a deal to occasionally drop by and help her with herbs. It made sense, as countless travelers that come here often seeks not only the entertainment of the priestess’s tales, but also shelter. Maurelle was a kind hearth, so she couldn’t say no to the chance of helping her once more. However, it wasn’t all about being noble, Maurelle had to make some mizas and she was sure that having a set customer would make life easier for her on these hard times when she is left alone to struggle, with only her sky mother and father looking over her.

The girl finally stepped on the shore and she jumped off the catamaran on the beach. Her Long brown hair was flowing around in the light wind and it felt refreshing to feel sand under her feet after staying on a ship for so long, but soon enough her hair was tangled up in her horns and she was yet to face the horrible process of getting it back to its constant state. First trying to loosen the knots that built up around the horns, it toke a few moments boot soon enough the swiftness of her fingers paid off and the hair was free. Maurelle ran her fingers through it once more to make sure the big knots where clear. Separating the hair into 3 sections she began braiding it all into one thick braid that held together with a knot at the end. She loved her hair and she was proud to have her horns, yet sometimes they were a trouble.

Maurelle then made sure her cozy home was set still and wouldn’t decide to go for a swim on its own. She got back on the ship and picked up her linen bag, filling it up with small jars of kelp treatments. Maurelle preferred to work with kelp for a reason, it didn’t hold poison for the most part and it made working with it easy. Sometimes the dividing work could be a trouble but it could be managed and she didn’t mind that at all. After the work was done, the rest could be fed to fish and the ship was kept clean. Everyone was a winner and truth be told, she found kelp to be one of the best medical treatments to begin with.

Leaving the catamaran she began walking towards the temple, where she knew that the Priestess is settled. She walked in an easy manner, occasionally skipping a beat as she sang to herself
”Never alone in this frightful world, our father and mother looks over us still, they wait for the return of their children like we wait for their kiss of light and dark” and so she repeated it over and over. Maurelle had a poor memory, so even songs she liked didn’t seem to stick in her head, even when she was singing of her sky parents.

One way or the other, she found herself by the temple in no time and came up to it. The white haired woman greeted her with a smile, like an old friend that was waited for a long time.
”It’s a pleasure to see you, Mur””Maurelle, It’s a pleasure to see you to sister, I brought you some of the medicine I had on me” Maurelle said with a smile as she pulled off her linen bag and handed it to the priestess who accepted it with a calm smile, but her face seemed to give off a hint of being troubled. And this seemed to worry the young Ethaefal.
