Located on the newer section of the Docks, as it is a newly built structure, it is the residence of Clyde Sullin's. It is still a very new addition to the city, only completing construction Spring of 513. Its walls are not connected directly to the surrounding buildings, giving it a foot or so of clearance between it and the surrounding buildings walls all the way around, as it was made as a standalone structure. However, it is connected to the other buildings by the walkways as is normal in Ravok, and when walking there is no gap on the flooring between them. It is a square structure, of 1,600 square feet, 40 feet by 40 feet. It only has one window, on the left side of the front wall, facing outward, which is on the same section as the front door, which is the only entrance. It tends to be a bit dark on the inside, due to its overall lack of windows, and lighting only by torches. The door and window lead into the front left section of the residence, which consists of a open common area, which is plain and not overly decorated. This has a few benches spaced out inside of it, two spaced out on the far left wall, and one directly under the window. It also has several simple landscape paintings, made by local artists. One pictures Lake Ravok as seen from afar with the city partly visible. Another pictures the black sun of an eclipse. The final one pictures a wooded area in Sylira, full of trees, with a small grassy clearing. Sitting along the front wall with the door, on the opposite side of the wall mirroring the positioning of the the only window, is a large wooden accurate quality clock left as the end of a deal involving blood, blackmail, and a thief. Roughly carved into the side is the message "From your favourite thief. - R" The room has three doors, two on the far back wall opposite the entrance, which each leads into a bedroom, and another on the right wall, which leads into the Magecrafting Lab on the front right end of the house. The door leading into the MC lab has a Good quality lock, to keep out unwanted people or snoopers. The walls have brackets for torches, and is generally lit by torchlight. The Magecrafting lab takes up the front right end of the house, and has three doors, one leading back into the common area, which is locked, and two at the back leading into bedrooms just like the two off the common area. Like the common area, it is also lit by torchlight. The MC lab has a smooth stone floor, designed for glyphing, though underneath this layer of stone is wood. The walls are all wood, without any windows. Its furniture consists of a raised stone pedestal in the middle of the room, for Magecrafting items on. A small bookshelf with select books on Magecrafting is in the back left corner, and a lab table with different tools laid out for charging items with MC, such as hammers and tongs, is on the far right wall. The lab table has a single simple stool in front of it. On the wall closest to the front of the house, is a water basin used in cooling items at the end of the MC process, a open barrel of water, and a simple desk and chair, useful for sitting and writing, or when reading, with a torch directly over it for lighting. The four bedrooms are all identical, simple rooms, each pair having a shared privy with a chamber pot. Each has a good quality bed, with a mattress made of cotton batting and with cotton sheets, in it. They also each have a chest of drawers, a simple mirror, a simple wooden bench, and a bedside table, with a candle on top for lighting. Rooms :
