Center of scholarly knowledge and shipwrighting, Zeltiva is a port city unlike any other in Mizahar. [Lore]
Zeltiva awakens into the New Year in a state of recovery. Though no new cases of disease are reported, counts indicate around 30% of Zeltiva's citizens perished in the plague. The substantial numbers mean food shortages will be a thing of the past for now - less people means less mouths to feed.
Around the same percentage of cottages and residencies have been left abandoned. The Sailor's Guild, University, and Lord of Council's Office look set to vy for their buying rights.
Lord of Council Maria Satterthwite contracted the disease near the end of Winter, and though initially her condition looked set to improve, she came out of illness without the use of her legs. Paralysed from the waist down, she is now unable to walk. The loss has hit her hard, and some whisper she is preparing to leave her position.
In the University, one of the Regents, Ronald Jevaur, has died from the disease, leaving a vacant position on the board of Regents. At the same time, the University is beginning to send more research teams into the newly uncovered Ancient Quarter. Their next destination looks set to be a sunken temple.
In the shadows too, where is the mysterious Nuit that uncovered the Ancient Quarter - and does his plans look set to continue? Also, many have noted an increase in the population of the Denvali Quarter. Some have even whispered of mercenaries flocking to the Denvali leader Adarin. What is unfolding behind the scenes?
Spring Calendar
Coming soon...
Spring Challenges
For each challenge you have to include it or base a thread on the idea. Threads don't have to be completed so long as the challenge has been completed in them. Each month gets progressively harder. You don't actually have to complete the challenges in order or in their respective months (just the season). The months are simply there for those who like a succinct checklist each month to complete. Those who clear them all (and show me evidence) may be the first players in game to get a shiny Zeltiva medal... Clearing individual months and even individual challenges can net you Status Points too, so don't be disheartened! There will be additional rewards for individual months coming soon...
