Those images are super inspirational, Uopa! We should use some of them for locations as well. They are very well done. Okay guys, we managed to crawl out of the gutters last week and put ourselves back on the top five of Mizahar activity. Lets keep up the good work. I'd love to see more interaction between strangers in the city and events that keep folks mingling and generating plotlines. I think Riverfall is a colorful diverse place with everything structurally in order to be bustling. Do you guys have any ideas for events, activities, and other situations that can stimulate more rp and more character development? Feel free to use the suggestion box or even post them here. I'm intrigued by the following Spring Calendar events: The menagerie giving birth to unusually large litters! I would love it if Uopa ended up having to watch an assortment of critters. The birth of a female Akalak! You go girl! The Form & Fitness Festival! *prrrs* Sweetday! *prrrs some more* The stranger with the thieving dolls! I can so see Uopa's nephew ending up with one of them. The Ink Festival! With a Drykas lover, exploring tats together is a must! I'm also very excited about the Seasonal Thread Challenge (which I have already started doing!) and I can't wait to explore The Sanctuary. Beyond all this, I would love to get to know my fellow Rivarians better. Anyone up for a thread? Shoot me a pm and we can craft something up! Happy writing, Uopa

So, did everyone see? We fell to 9th in the posting ranks for last week! *tsk-tsk* Do we need to change the cities name to Riverontherise? Dive on in, my fellow Rivarians! The water is perfect.

I take responsibility for our numbers last week. Folks, I'm fairly sure I had the worst week of my life last week in terms of crappy weeks for years. I could go into a long list of details of the why that happened, but I'll skip all the drama and just leave it at 'worst week ever' for the benefit of the crowd. But yesterday, finally, I got some much needed sleep - after getting only about five hours in three days total so I'm back on it. Most of the city events are things you guys can rp together, solo, or ask the AS's to help you with. If you want to raise an exotic litter of something or another in a solo, feel free or pm an ST and we can give you ideas. Sweetday and the form and fitness festival are things you can go contribute too overall. If there's a vapid interest, I'll definitely post up a thread with some contests in terms of fitness or cooking. I might even have a sweetday recipe contest thread and have the forum vote on winners. Would everyone like that? I'm going to try to be more active this week as I slowly get pieces of life gathered back up and am able to climb back up on my feet. Wheww. I knew 2013 was going to be a rough one if we all survived the Apocalypse, but I had no idea it would be this rough. Thanks life! Now lets get Riverfall back on its feet as well! Goss

I'm glad to see that you didn't say, "I take full responsibility for our numbers last week," because, well, that would've been absolutely unacceptable. This is a team effort, Gossamer, not a one-woman production. So, yeah, no more taking the blame. Got it? We all need to pull our weight around here to make this city flourish and prosper...and oh can it ever! There is so much potential around here it's, well, it's a bit overwhelming at times. That being said, if you would allow it, I would love to semi-mod one of the festivals. Perhaps the Form and Fitness one? I can see that being a lot of fun! Anywho, I hope this week is much kinder to you. It's nearly Spring in the real world! Maybe the new season will usher in a sort of rebirth, as well as bring you the peace and quiet you desire and deserve. Uopa
