Bronze Wood
Night Time
Vaspira toured the city some, still trying to gather information on her father. Supposedly he lived here, but no one seemed to know his name. Maybe he was dead, or maybe he was just a loner. Either way, it had been tiring, and the Black Leopard Kelvic wanted nothing more than to go back to the place she was currently calling her home. The Bronze Woods. It somewhat reminded Vaspira of the Spires. With all the vegetation, trees, thick foliage and random food bearing trees. Though there were odd creatures that traversed the woodland floors at night, creatures that Vaspira had never seen before, nor wanted to meet.
She made her way to the tree she marked with her claws, climbing up the tree to a limb that stretched out a little over the floor, and was big enough for her to lie her feline body on and stretch out. Syna was sinking down slowly, behind the hills, and the trees. Strands of glittering light weaved themselves through the trees, slowly fading, slowly leaving, until it was dark. Vaspira blinked her eyes, getting used to her nocturnal vision. The big feline stretched the muscles in her body, extracting her claws, and giving a growled yawn, resting her furry head on her paws. It was time to take a nap before she hunted for her supper.
The sounds of the forests made her sensitive ears twitch, as she listened to the song the Bronze Wood sings at night. Chirping of insects, flapping of wings, the murmurs of the leaves upon the ground, the harmonizing wave of the tree limbs in the wind, and of course the hoots and howls of different animals. It was like a lullaby to the nature revering Kelvic, and she began to drift, drifting, flying, in her own dream, soaring, floating, she finally was asleep. Sleeping soundly on her tree limb, above the ground, away from the dangers for now.
