Svasra smiled at her companion, though assumed he meant the Winter instead of the Spring - if all went well, she would be far away by the seventieth. He bowed again, another one of his quirks Svasra was growing to quite enjoy. His hint only made her smile with a small tilt of her head. "Perhaps one day I will know," was all she allowed herself to his departing back.

The man disappeared in his silent ways once more, and Svasra was left to her own thoughts of the man. He really did seem to genuinely wish to travel, he offered protection and his own knowledge of the streets and dangers. Why did she deny him so? Was it simply because of her lack of knowledge, not only of Mizahar, but of Dragul especially. Her fingers drummed her journal, running over the small hills of her own pressed in writing.

Svasra rose slowly a few chimes later, finding her thoughts too crowded to write. Her thoughtful eyes went to the sky, squinting as snowflake began to drip from the sky. "Mother Morwen," she murmured, "I can only hope you will not be ashamed in my choices as you watch with your patient wisdom. I think I will indeed leave with this man, doused in shadows that he is."

Note: "Svasra speaking Vani, Svasra speaking Common."

Svasra Snowsong :
Experience:
  • Writing +1
  • Investigation +4
  • Observation +2
  • Philosophy +2
  • Stealth +1
  • Storytelling +1
  • Teaching +1
  • Planning +1

Lores:
  • Doing Research Work at the Library
  • Akalak: Two Souls in One Body
  • Akalak: Rites of Trial
  • Mizahar: No Large Roads between Cities
  • Monsters: Rozacapotl, Wailer, and Nuzam
  • Ethaefal: Children of Leth and Syna
  • Ethaefal: Form Shifts through Dusks, Dawns, and Seasons

Notes:
Oh Svasra, were you jelly of Akajia?

…I kid. :p

Anyway, I initially planned to give you a lore about Dragul having a mark from a goddess somewhere. However, when the time comes and he reveals to you which goddess gave it to him, I will have to give you another lore and it would become redundant, to say the least. So I decided it’s best not to give that lore yet.

And I’m sorry that you two had to go and edit almost everything just to solve your language proficiencies’ fallacy. It’s worth it though, I must say. You even got away with a lot of lores afterward. This was a wonderful thread from the two of you!

Dragul Vhermura :
Experience:
  • Investigation +2
  • Stealth +1
  • Observation +5
  • Planning +2
  • Teaching +2
  • Rhetoric +1
  • Philosophy +2
  • Storytelling +2

Lores:
  • Doing Research Work at the Library
  • Trusting Another to Keep a Secret
  • The Seven Holds of Avanthal
  • Teaching the Ways of the Akalak

Notes:
Tsk tsk. Obviously, Dragul still has a lot to learn about women. Not that I blame him though given the nature of his race.

Speaking of races, I'm not really familiar with the Akalak but from what I understand, it is dangerous for an Akalak not to have any control over his ‘darker’ side. To some extent, I believe you should know what’s up between both of your personalities, else you’ll be branded unstable. I suggest you read the Akalak page once more, and I’ll go ask around for some of the hard-to-understand stuff if I were you.

On a completely different note, I’m sorry that you two had to go and edit almost everything just to solve your language proficiencies’ fallacy. It’s worth it though, I must say. This was a wonderful thread from the two of you!
