36th Of Spring 513
Morning (8th bell)

Morning had struck awfully faster thank K thought, he wanted to make it to the area before the streets crowded by commoners, and this was it. While everyone was sleeping, while everyone was resting, while everyone was inside. It was a crisp cool morning, not too cold but cold enough. He had on simple clothes, although they weren't his usual attire, they were K's. Wearing a black cloak, black tee shirt, and a pair of black baggy pants. His pants were sagging but not showing his underwear, just enough to hang. Because he wasn't in the presence of any knights, he wouldn't have to worry about his appearance. The feeling of being alone was more than enough to ease his mind, for he had always loved the silence, it was his only reprieve and relief... Next to sex of course. It was the only time for the one minded boy to think, unlike his brother Kise, he was only good at fighting... Not thinking. But today was different, today he had a lot of thinking to do, he had to think about his future. He had just arrived at the well in relative speed, barely around eighth bell. This was great time considering he had just woke up around the seventh bell. Sliding off of the saddle of his horse he began to tie it to a nearby horse rack, looking around to see if anyone was in the area, he was happy to see it was vacated.

Walking over to the well quietly, he put on his hood, the hood connected to his cape. As he finally made it to the well, he peered inside of it's bowels, hoping to see something. Nothing seemed to actually peak his interest, or even reach the peak for that interest. This forced him to turn around, still leaning his back on the simple well, as he scanned the area. "Nothing..." He said softly with a quick sigh, he looked from right to left, sweeping the land with his optical search.

A bird... Two birds... A beautiful women sitting on a bench... A stray cat... A piece of cloth... He quickly turned back to the well, leaning in once more, looking for something. "Wait?" He snapped his head around and looked for the woman... But she was no longer. He began to look down, after rubbing his eyes, was he imagining? "K.. All this stress... Your killing yourself." He said softly with a chuckle as he took out five golden Mizas. He placed them all on top of the well, creating a line around the side an inch between every coin, then he took a step back. He began to walk around the well, rubbing his right hand along the walls and closing his eyes, as he tried to suck in the imaginary emotions of the well. "Kova's wishing well... Why it was named this I don't know..." He gave a small chuckle, as he finally found himself back at where he started. He began to wonder, this was where people came to... To what. To admire this ordinary well? To mourn for Kova? To make simple personal wishes for pathetic gains? He couldn't understand the purpose of this well, so he decided to make his own... Hopefully... It would work for him. He wasn't equipped with any weapons except his simple Tamo daggers, stored together as a club in his pocket, he decided to begin what he had came to do as he scooped up the pockets and placed them into his pocket. Climbing up on top of the well, he had took a seat, resting his back on one of the wooden supports holding the pulley for the bucket. His left foot left hanging, while his right was planted firmly on the well, his head suspended in air as he placed his chin on his right knee. Holding his right knee in a small hugging position, he began to speak, hopefully he was alone enough to use his regular voice.

"Ivak... Since this was and is your girlfriends well. I will address you first... Hopefully you don't think the way I'm sitting is too disrespectful, because that's not what I mean..." K spoke out softly as he looked into the distance, wondering if what he was doing would have fallen on deaf ears. He spoke aloud, hoping the gods would hear him... Hopefully they did. Hopefully someone could comfort the boy who had been through so much ever since he became a squire, if not comfort then give him relief, if not relief... Then power. "Ivak... I don't really worship the gods... But I can say that out of all of them... You have the most respect from me..." He chuckled a bit, thinking about what he had just said and was saying. "Look at me, taking to a god like I am all high and mighty... Ya know..." He began to become quiet, thinking if he should say what he wanted to say next, also thinking what he should've said next. "I don't really know what I respect about you the most... Would it be your... Power? Your strength to protect What you love?" He choked a bit, hoping he didn't anger his imaginary god with his last comment. "You know... I know the gods exist... I know this. But I have never had contact with one, or at least not that I know of, so you can be pretty sure that I'm not one to show faith." "But for some reason... I have been looking for an output, a chance to... See there's something in my life I have been missing, or just don't know about... I know that I'm here. I know that I'm a squire on the path to knight hood... But what I'm trying to get at is..." K let out a sigh as he realized that this god must be laughing at him by now, that was the only possible thought, for if the situation was flipped he would've probably laughed at himself. "By the gods I'm hopeless..."

"Ivak. I have no idea what I want to say to you... Or what I'm even trying to say.. But what I will say is this... " He took in a deep breath, giving him the needed push to get his next request out of his chest.

[b] "Ivak. If your listening... Please come into my life.. Please. I need... Power to protect what I love... Possibly what I want, but mainly what I love. I'm pretty sure you can tell what's on my heart and mind, but please.. Please..please?" K looked up, hoping to see an explosion of some sort, gracing the gods graceful presence. He got nothing. Except, he didn't rage or slap a frown upon his face. No, he had matured a bit in the past few days, most likely because of his encounters. As he didn't hear the god's reply, he looked back down, placing his chin back on his knee. "Ha... It was silly of me to think that you were just gonna appear to some guy who just grew a bit of random faith... Especially because he had felt alone and in need of power... But nonetheless..." K spoke up a bit louder, hoping that his last message would be enough. "I will worship you. You now have my faith... I am now... Yours." He said with a serious voice, tossing one golden miza into the well, waiting till he heard the splash, which never came. "Well... With that being said I move on." "Now for you..."

 "Sylir..."

"Sylir... You have my respect because of your values, you are peace and civilization. You are a necessary part of balance, you are a... God. Once a god always a god... Even if... Your dead." He clenched his fist at the thought, Syliras a godless place, or at least this was what he knew. "It's just that... I respect your ways. I respect peace and keeping the peace. I know that as a knight it would be and already is my job to strive to maintain this peace but I... I just can't!" He felt a throb as he slammed his right fist into the cold hard well, his emotion shielding only a bit of the pain, by nonetheless he continued on. "I need your help, I need you to show me the way... Show me how to keep the peace. No.. I need you to bring me peace... I'm corrupted. I'm... Not right. I need you to guide me, I need you to keep me on the path of peace. I won't lie... Because you have seen it all... I can't lie. I have been an awful knight, my honor is trashed... I have had no respect, no code... My name has been disrespected by my blade and hands. May my blood spill... On enemy lands if I continue my ways." He began to breathe slowly, thinking about all the past days, and events he had indulged himself in. "Consider this... My confessions."

"I have vowed to kill a man, although it was a side of me I am not proud of... I won't sit here and avoid the truth. As a knight of your peace and code I am obliged to tell the truth... And that is that I have failed you. I have wanted to get even with this man for a long time... The rogue knight... The man who had dumped me into the waters of our land. Alas it was a cruel day when a knight of our own vows to kill a man... And for that I must say sorry. For if you wish to punish me I shall not decline, if it is death by beheaded I will not decline, may you wish to have the commoners stone my until I die... I will not decline. Lord Dyres wouldn't look twice in my direction... And I wouldn't judge him. I am no knight.. I am a pathetic excuse for a human being... I have held a woman against a wall... A blade pressed to her body, with intentions to kill... I am no better than the scum who plagued the earth and still do... A common madman inherits this body and for that I must apologize."

"Lord Sylir... If you can hear me... Please no that I am sorry. Please know that I wish for all to be forgiven, please know that I will clear and restore honor to the Yamehaka household. I will no longer live to disappoint you... I only aim to please you my lord. I am to keep the peace... I just need your guidance... Thank you lord Sylir and may you bless Syliras and my blade in your name... " K kept his position as he looked up and tossed on more golden miza into the well. Giving a slight smile, he couldn't help but think if the god's had heard his messages. Did other gods listen to him, did they wonder why he didn't pray to them... He then thought of Rhysol and his smile was replaced with a frown, thinking about the sick god. "And may sad days and bad luck come for the dark one, may he be judged by all with eyes of disappointment... May he meet his demise." K said softly as he tossed one more coin in, not wanting to say his name and kill his mood. He stayed sitting on the well, a smile creeping back up on his face, well a slight grin to be exact. As he looked up into the sky... He wondered if he had made the right decision. To start finally worshiping... Pretty soon he would had to take a trip to the temple of the gods... All gods. But for now the only thing he could think of was...

How long will I be alone? Am I alone?... Now?

[Kova's Wishing Well] The Little Myrian That Did (Adsila)

Postby Adsila on April 21st, 2013, 7:48 am

Adsila was taking a walk around the city before all the people came out. It was early in the morning and she decided to do some sight seeing of this new city that she was in. Adsila had heard people talking about a well and she went and asked around where the well was. After she got a clear answer from a couple of people she decided that today she was going to get up early and go to the well. How could that be a problem. She was hoping that when she went there that it wouldn't be too busy or even better that no one would be there, but in the back of her mind she knew that she hoped that someone would be there. Something that wasn't afraid of her. Adsila finally made it to the well and she seen a man there sitting on the roof of the well. Was that a proper way to treat a well? Epecially one named after a God? Sometimes this city confused her very greatly.

There were bushes and trees around the well. There was also a couple of benches and some other things. Adsila decided to sit on the bench for awhile and watch what this man was going to do. She could tell that he was talking. Was he talking to himself or was he talking to the well? This man was different for sure, but his arura seemed friendly but there was something that seemed off about him but she didn't know for sure. Adsila then got up from the bench and decided to do some walking around the paths that were around the well and then see if the man would still be there when she got back. Adsila didn't want to interrupt whatever he was doing. Actually who was she kidding, she knew herself that she wanted to go right up to that man and wonder what the hell he was doing sitting on the well. So Adsila decided that if that man was still there when she got back then she would go up to him and confront him.

Adsila was gone for about 10-15 minutes and when she came back the man was still there sitting on the well. Well here goes nothing, Adsila thought to herself and she walked straight up to the man, hoping that he wouldn't automatically be on defense just because she was a Myrian but who knew, most people around here were like that. *sigh* couldn't anyone around here get to know someone first, even though they might be bad, you never know until you actually get to know someone.

Adsila walked up to the man and started to talk to him,

"Excuse me, but why are you sitting on the roof of the well. I don't think that is very poite or a very good thing to be doing. This is the God' wishing well. Did you not know that? I don't think you are showing him very much respect by sitting on his well like that." Adsila said to him, as she threw a gold Miza into the well and saying, "Please forgive this man for mistreating your property."

Silence.

It was golden, the thought of being alone, the thought of being by ones self. It was beautiful, it was obligated by the world to give everyone this moment of peace. Personally K felt at ease, for he had just did something he never expected himself to do. He had prayed to the gods, well Ivak and Sylir, to come into his life. He had told himself that he would show more faith, he would be a more kind person caring for a lot of things, he wanted the power to protect these things. It would only be understandable that he asked for power to keep the peace, hopefully his wishes would be granted, but of course the god's wouldn't trust or answer him. It was his first time ever praying, so he decided to wait and that he would prove himself. He would change his life around and keep the peace. He would aim to make this world a better place and make himself a better person. Letting out a deep sigh he began to think calmly. Now that he had grown calmer and had done his praying, he wanted to leave before he got spotted by anyone. But before he lowered himself from the well he heard a voice. A soft voice. Turning his head quickly he saw a woman, speaking out, she seemed as if she had something to say.

"Excuse me, but why are you sitting on the roof of the well. I don't think that is very poite or a very good thing to be doing. This is the God' wishing well. Did you not know that? I don't think you are showing him very much respect by sitting on his well like that." She said to him, as she threw a gold Miza into the well and saying, "Please forgive this man for mistreating your property."

Instantly enraged by this woman's foolishness, K turned his head, looking at the ground speaking in his cruel crispy voice as he placed on his hood. "Look here woman... You obviously aren't from here so I'm gonna brake it to ya softly." He said with authority as he spoke. "First of all, this is Kova's well. She is a god-Dess. Second this is my city. I was born and raised here. I know all there is to know about the locations and spots. Third! And most final. Don't you ever talk to me about respect. You can never talk about a man's respect, even more crucial a knight. I will not forgive your insolence towards my...-" His harsh words faded off as he remembered he had just prayed to the god of peace. He quickly hopped off the well and looked at her with a form of disappointment. "I'm sorry mam... Your correct..." He walked off and sat on the nearest bench. "Please forgive me." He looked into the sky and whispered softly, hoping this would be the last of his anger, for nobody could tell the boy he wasn't optimistic. "Sylir please forgive me... My rage... I'm passionate." He looked down on the floor, wondering if praying was the right thing to do. Was he... Worth it?

He glanced over at the woman once and then looked down once more. Sitting on the right side of the bench, he wondered to himself. "Was I to hard on her? Should I apologize?" He chuckled at his thoughts, for a couple of days ago he wouldn't have thought twice about what he had said. "Maybe..."

Maybe she took it the wrong way?

I'm sorry...

[Kova's Wishing Well] The Little Myrian That Did (Adsila)

Postby Adsila on April 21st, 2013, 8:39 am

Adsila was a little taken a back. Did she do something wrong. Was she out of place to say that to her. And why did his mood chage so dramatically all of a sudden. This man interested her and she had to find out more about him. She was going to learn about this man whether he liked it or not. She was now fascinated by him and well when her instincts took over there was no doubting them and she usually always followed them.

Adsila then walked up to the man.
"I am sorry if I was out of place by saying what I said back there, sometimes I don't think before I talk, it is a bad habit that I have. And no I did not that that she was a God-Dess and I do apoligize." Adsila said to the man, "oh the name is Adsila." she said by extending her hand out to the man hoping that he would accept her apology ...

Adsila wasn't sure if she should sit down or not so she just stood there and awaited to hear what the man was going to say to her. He looked pretty normal, and he was good looking for what she could tell of him. He seemed mysterious, somewhat dangerous, almost like he was battling something within himself, which made him more interesting to her by the minute. Adsila wasn't sure what was going to come of meeting this man, but whatever it was she was ready for it!

Adsila decided that she was getting tired of standing and so she decided to sit on the far side of the bench, not next to the man in case it made him uncomfortable and she didn't want to put him in that kind of place, but she did sit. She just stared at the man awaiting his reply.

Silence. Once more, it was so beautiful that K didn't want to leave. He loved it so much, how quiet it was, how calm it was. He could actually think and hear himself think. He felt at ease for as long as there was silence there was...

Tip.. Tap... Tip.. Tap...

He heard footsteps and came to see a hand in direction, that woman, apparently trying to apologize. Why? Wasn't he the one in the wrong. Wasn't he the one who should've been apologizing? Well...

"Pft..." K looked at her with a look of disgust, of course normally he would scoop her up, and try to seal the deal quick. After all she seemed like a traveler or something, and most travelers he came across had a lot of pent up sexual energy. Perhaps she did? But today wasn't time for that... Today.. He prayed. Today he was trying to be a holy man, and more importantly an isolated man. Feeling as if she was being to kind, turned his face, as he spoke harshly. "That's cool..."

She had been standing there awkwardly for a while, and she seemed to find it ok. Until after a while her little legs began to tire out, it was actually a funny sight. She then plopped down on the bench right next to him, well on the other side, but still on the same bench as him. She could've sat anywhere, anywhere she wanted and she chose on the same bench as him. Why couldn't she sit on the floor?

He turned his head slightly to find him being stared at by the girl, by the god's she was a weird one. "What the petch..." He said softly as he looked at her. Turning his body barely away from her, he gave her a glance and then looked away. "Adsila huh?... Yeah well I'm sorry I lashed out on ya... But today isn't a good day. Maybe for you but not me. I need to be alone... Any other day would've been nice but not today... Please." He faced forward and laid back, leaning his head back and gazing into the sky. "Your from out of town right? Don't go talking about respect here... You'll just get hurt." With that he thought that she herself would leave, but just to be sure... "Have a good day miss Adsila... I hope that you enjoy Syliras."

[Kova's Wishing Well] The Little Myrian That Did (Adsila)

Postby Adsila on April 21st, 2013, 9:10 am

He wanted her gone. What kind of man was this. There was no way that she was going to leave him alone. And who was he to tell her that respect was not good. It was true it wasn't really noticed about around this city but she was different form the people here and she was going to do what she believed in.

"Why such rudeness. I have not been rude to you. Not really."
Adsila said to him,
"And what if I choose to stay here, right here on this bench, right next to you."
Adsila said as she moved over so that she was sitting right next to him.

"Who are you to tell me what I can and cannot do? And I find you very interesting and I would like to learn more about you. For instance, why are you sometimes nice and then right away not very nice again ... and why ..."
Adsila stopped her sentence she just couldn't stop looking at this man. He was very interesting to her, and her mind just kept telling her that she had to know more about him. She had to learn about him.

"Why are you being so arrogent?"
Adsila asked him, as she continued to stare at him awaiting an answer from him.

Adsila stopped her sentence she just couldn't stop looking at this him.

"Why are you being so arrogent?"
Adsila asked him, as she continued to stare at him awaiting an answer from him.

K let out a sigh as he found her right next to him, why on a day he wanted to be a nice guy and just pray, did this woman continuously throw herself at him. She kept staring and talking... And talking. Women did that a lot, if that's one thing he ever noticed was that women liked talking. He continued looking into the sky hoping she would've just shut up and walked off, but she just kept talking, till her voice faded off. But her body never offed anything, she stayed on the bench, if anything he could feel she was closer. This made him a tad bit annoyed seeing as she just kept slowly making her way to him, why was she so fascinated by him he didn't know but he was gonna make her stop real fast. Now the plan was to get her to leave.

He stopped looking at the sky, and stared back into her interrogative eyes, hoping his next move would work. "So... What about now?" He said sharply as he place his left hand barely in the middle top of her soft chest. "Do you wanna leave now? Because this is all the respect you will get from me. So begone. Begone!" He couldn't find out why she was so interested in him, and even if she didn't slap him he would quickly remove his hand, for it still felt wrong. He gave her a strong look, and then set his gaze back in the sky... As he asked a question that might've changed the whole situation. "Where are you from anyway? Does everybody act this way over there?"

[Kova's Wishing Well] The Little Myrian That Did (Adsila)

Postby Adsila on April 21st, 2013, 9:35 am

Adsila wasn't too surprised at what he had done.

"And why must you put your hand there? Do you think it is going to make me go away? Do I look like some little girl who doesn't know what she is doing or is afraid of someone like you?"
Adsila said to him while still staring right at him. Adsila had noticed though that even though his hand was there he wasn't paying much attention to her.

"I don't care where you put your hands as long as I can find out more about you. Whatever make you comfortable and wanting to talk."

Adsila then looked at the man some more.

"You are a mysterious and confusing man. But that just makes me want to learn more about you. Why can't you just tell me what I want to know. Why is that so hard for someone like you to do?"
Adsila asked him, still not paying attention to his hand that was on her chest.

"Where are you from anyway? Does everybody act this way over there?"

"Why does it matter where I am from? Why do you get to ask questions and expect me to answer them but you cannot answer my questions?"
Adsila said to the man, she was getting kind of annoyed with the man but she would not show it. She would get what she wanted one way or another; she just wasn't sure how as of yet.

Adsila just sat there and stared and then she started to fidget some and then she stopped. Why show signs that she was nervous, when she really wasn't ... In all honesty if anything she was getting a little annoyed with this man, and little ticked, but she would be herself and she would find out what she wanted to know no matter what it took. If he didn't want her to still be here then why was he still talking to her, why was he still asking her questions.

Even if he stopped talking to her she would still stay here, she was going to find out what she wanted to know whether he liked it or not. She didn't care. When something was of interest to her, she followed through with it and wanting to know about this man, right at this moment, was on the top of her list. So Adsila remained seated where she was and continued to wait for an answer.

By the gods! This woman was relentless. She was determined to get the answers, and K was determined to keep to them to himself. As he did just that. As she said she didn't care where he put his hands, she just hurt him even more, the hormones in his body kicking their way to his brain. He wanted to become the animal he was and just pounce on her, after all she seemed not to care... But he couldn't.'he couldn't do any of that. He lowered his head and look at her, who was still waiting and expecting some sort of answer. She was wondering so much about him, it wasn't really creepy, just pesky. So he decided to take matters into his own hands. Instead of touching her soft chest once more, he got up and walked off. "I don't have time for you silly wench..."

He made it to a bench completely across from theirs and sat. Feeling the coldness of this new bench made him mad, but he thought at least he was alone. But what if she came back tried to sit on this bench. He quickly turned his body, and stretched out, as he now laid on the bench looking at the sky. He closed his eyes feeling the silence and being alone. It was good... That girl was pesky. And not only that... She might even come over and talk to him again. But he had it figured out. She would walk over, talk and get tired of standing and go home, his plan was fool proof. Hopefully this silence he had though... Would last a while.

[Kova's Wishing Well] The Little Myrian That Did (Adsila)

Postby Adsila on April 21st, 2013, 9:59 am

How rude was that man. To just get up and walk away and to call her a wench ... Who in the right mind. Oh now Adsila was getting pretty mad, but as she had stated before she was not going to show it. She didn't like to show her emotions to people. Adsila watched as the man didn't get too far away and sat on a nearby bench. Adsila then got up off of the bench and followed the man, laughing to herself. This seemed like a game of Lion stalks prey.

Adsila then sat down on the ground right in front of the man.
"Can you at least tell me your name? Are you going to answer me, because really I can play this game all day! I can follow you all over the place until you give me the answers that I am seeking. Why won't tell me who you are? It's not like I have asked very personal questions have I? I guess the ground is okay, you are lucky though, I was just going to sit on you."
Adsila said to the man as she sat there and stared at him some more while awaiting his response.

The ground was quite nice and it beat having stand since the man clearly decided that he was going to take up the whole bench. Adsila did think about just sitting on the man, but she knew that some people had boundaries and she didn't want him to be freaked out by her or to just get defensive and want to kill her.
