Lotvie |
Gender: Male
Age: 24
Race: Akvatari
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 160 lbs.
Birthdate: 17th of Winter, 490 AV
Birthplace: Abura
Current Location: Syliras
Physical Appearance:
Lotvie is an easily noticeable figure. Should his tall and thin, skeleton-like frame not draw enough attention, his dark, translucent violet wings and pink seal fur covering his legs should do the trick.
Lotvie has dark hair on his head, which, despite it's short length, is almost always mused, wind-blown, or laying in wet clumps against his head. His thin frame lends itself to pronounced cheekbones and angular features as well as long arms. This gives Lotvie a clumsy or messy look at times.
Adding to the messy look is the presence of paint stains on his hands. The artist does wash the paint off as best he can, but it often stains. Even when it doesn't stain, he paints often enough that it is omnipresent on his fingers, and even up his arms to his elbows.
Personality:
Lotvie, like all Akvatari, has an underlying feeling of melancholy at all times. Frequently plagued by bad luck, the boy has lost hope for himself and for life. Now a full-blown pessimist, Lotvie can become annoying with his constant complaints and ill-fated lifestyle. Because of this, the Akvatari has become quite lonely. Often he has only his art to hold on to, and he holds on tightly.
Lotvie also enjoys languages, and word games. His name, in fact, is an anagram for "violet", his favorite color and the color of his wings. His parents, who were raised in Abura as well, know only Common, but Lotvie has taught himself Kontinese and Char from the local visitors.
Likes:
Painting, Music, Word games, Winter, Storms, the color violet, and warm drinks.
Dislikes:
Bright lights, being the center of attention, Loud noises, children, and bitter foods.
History & Family Life:
Lotvie grew up as the middle child of 3. His older brother was a dancer, and a beautiful one at that. His younger sister played the drums, and though she was young when Lotvie left, he knew already she would be great. His two siblings were paid the most attention got their grand skills, while Lotvie was often forgotten because of his mediocre painting skills.
So, at age 20, Lotvie left the house to be on his own. He has since improved his painting skill and has taken to playing the flute in his leisure time.
