Fiery, blunt, and straight to the point. This girl has a tendency to leave people in no doubt in what it is she is thinking, and more than often, voicing her opinion gets her into trouble. Although she respects caste systems and hierarchies, she has to often be reminded of her position. It leaves her as a troublesome creature to deal with. Still reminders here and there are necessary to put her in her place. Expressive in both voice and words, but yet to develop a knack for wording and phrasing things in a more suitable manner, giving her at times the appearance of being rude. It does not mean she is uncaring; she is just hardened emotionally and finds some difficulty in expressing more tender emotions.
It would be wrong to say she is fearless, she has her own worries and concerns just like every other being. But instead of simply running away from them she will simply face them head on and for the most part throw caution to the wind. To some it makes her appear brave – others may see her as a fool- but at the end of the day she is like everybody else with their problems. She just has a more direct approach to dealing with things. There is without a doubt that she is the sort that will put up a fight when faced with danger and risk. Once her blood has boiled though, making her stand down is indeed a difficult task. Much like her opinions and letting people know what she is thinking, she needs the reminder of a more level headed individual to help her see logic through her emotions, and to make sure she is not too impulsive.
Catch her off guard, or get her into a situation she cannot get out of, Sami will is the sort that will put up a fight. She acts much like a cornered rat; she might be trapped, she might be vulnerable, but she can still be vicious and bite. She will fight for an escape through whatever means are necessary before disappearing out of sight.
In private, or more in particular in the comfort of her own home, she is more relaxed. She is still sharp tongued, but her principles seem at times more laid back. Her home is her castle; she is in charge and those that upset her there will just have to deal with it. If you insult or threaten her whilst being a guest in her home, be sure to get an earful. It would be safe to say she deems it as her territory, and therefore her rules. In public though she will – rather begrudgingly – play fair.
Sami has a keen interest in the bow and the practice of it, along with other more vigorous and combat orientated activities. Many think at heart she is a brawler and a fighter, and to a degree she is. But her more hidden interests are within more knowledge orientated subjects such as medicine. What was originally looked into for practicality for help after fighting became something she wished to look deeper into when the opportunity arises. Despite a dislike for magic however, it does not mean she wishes to be ignorant of it. She is willing to accept that it was something that was forced upon her, and should she have a choice she would have rather not been initiated into it. She does however see it as an opportunity, and so in secret and out of the line of prying eyes studies it.
