Character Concept:

Personality – Vain, independent, slightly coddled, mistrustful.

Ethics – She does not understand the concept of right and wrong, and although she seems innocent, if she were turned against the general positive society in Syliras she could wreak havoc on it.

Likes – The unknown, adventure, new experiences, as Mamma was very protective of her.

Dislikes – Crowds, which stems from her abandonment, and Syliras, where she was always predjudiced against for being Symenestra.

Character History

Pre-Creation overall –After childbirth she was abandoned on the streets of Syliras, and taken in by a kindly old human woman known only as Mamma. However, Mamma died on the 3rd of Spring, 513. She realised that she was not very much like her human Mamma, and although she has lived a sheltered life, she has been distrustful of Mamma ever since finding out about her race. She is curious and wants to find out what she wasn’t told, but all she has to go on is the knowledge that she is from a Symenestra family, so wants to go to Kalinor. Although she knows that she is a Symenestra, she is not entirely sure what that entails, and is on a journey of discovery to find out who, and what she is.

Upbringing- She was brought up by Mamma, and knew from very early on that she was not a human, however didn’t find out that she was actually a Symenestra until her 13th year. She was furious with Mamma for this, and it worsened their relationship, damaging it irreparably. This planted the seed of anger inside herself that she has today, which also came from racist behaviour to her in the city. She wants to get away from it all.

I have been looking over your character sheet, and for the most part it all looks good! It’s very easy to tell that you payed close attention to the Symenestra lore. There were, however, a few problems that I found.

Your skills need to have the type of experience noted next to them with either SP, XP, or RB. For example, for your wilderness survival, since it’s part of your starting package, you would put:

Wilderness Survival: 10/100 (10 SP)

Another thing I noticed is that you haven’t used the Symenestra racial bonus. Symenestra are allowed a racial bonus of 10 points in acrobatics. That’s one more skill for your character, so don’t forget to add it!

Finally, you are allowed to have either a cloak or a coat. Please choose one or the other!
