The man's explanation of Wave Guards make sense. So just a fancy name for guards? Why make it confusing? Well, truthfully, the monks of Nyka were certainly more than just monks, like the name implied. So it made sense. Though... his comparison to the Monks here was probably slightly off. "I wouldn't say that the Wave Guards are similar to the monks. I hope that they're quite a bit nicer..." He muttered quietly, not really caring if the Zelvitan heard or not. The question, however, caused him to smirk sadly. Why did he live in Nyka? "Well... the simplest answer was that it was the closest to where I was born. And though some parts are... messed up in the least, if does provide some entertainment. For example, fighting is no problem, compared to most cities I've heard of." Sometimes he too doubted why he bothered living in this place. He was slowly exhausting most of the interesting things around, and the violence in the Northern quarter occasionally got a bit dangerous. And that wasn't even considering the Aperture.... Now was the time for the more personal question. Well, the guy probably wouldn't mind considering that he'd just asked one himself. "Why are you in Nyka anyways?" He asked simply, though curiosity touched his voice. Really... what was a Zelvitan doing here in Nyka? It wasn't exactly the friendliest place in Mizahar. He cocked his head slightly, almost excited for the answer. There was probably a pretty big reason, for a guard to leave his city. You never knew what it could be.... OOCSorry for the short post. My muse for Rabbit has slightly died, but I didn't want to leave you waiting! I think once you answer this though, they could get to more interesting stuff... |
