I've brainwashed my character!

When they start "deciding for themselves" what they want to be, and how they will react... that's the best thing that can happen to a character.They really come alive that way, and will surprise you in ways that feel totally natural.

In fact, I'm having trouble writing with Hyran because of the pre-set facts in his CS. He tends to become a generally nice-guy if I don't pay attention to my posts, while I had decided on playing a Cerulean (dark personality) @__@; At the moment all my posts feel rather forced, and that is no fun.

So I'd say, roll with it and let yourself be surprised. It's a lot more fun that way!

It is definitely more exciting having the character control themselves than me forcing them into a mold.

O.o... well yeah im just going to start here, Love the site, but im about to lose my mind going back and having to read it all over again for infromation. So much depth its amazing! ^.^ I read like 20 profiles and alot of the plot. Looks crazy now off to redo my profile for the 4th time, took me all day to choose a race, im still not 100% on these character skills, and the point system, but then again its all a new journey for me on this site Im sure like all things it will come with time.
