[Docks] Hell Have No Wrath... Like Tukai The Breaker

K reflects in the endless body of water located at the docks, smoking a bit and clearing his mind, then finds out he has a visitor. [Warning] As with all my threads, please excuse grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. I am not a writer, just your average Joe. >.> That is all.

30th Of Summer
513 AV
Past Nightfall, Around The 20th Bell
____________________________\\\

It was a cold night for it to be summer, most people would expect it to be warm and humid, if not warm ten at least humid, but K wasn't complaining. It wasn't noisy as the city was when it thrived in the day, it was nice and quiet to where once could hear themselves think, just the way it should be at times. The waves crashing to the port, it was beautiful, because the silence played it's very serenade to those that were lucky enough to find a quiet place. At the far end of the docks, one would find a simple boy, although he himself believed he was not. A boy of vast self respect, he believed he was someone, but for tonight he wanted to just believe he was average. Although this was hard to do, and this was what infuriated him, he was here to reflect. To reflect what happened a while back, and how he allowed himself to be tossed into the water. Yes, last season wasn't forgotten, it was far from it. So here sat K, the far end of the docks, right on the edge. Earlier he had ingested the warp pill, and at first it seemed to not be working, and he instantly blamed Paul for faulty drugs. But perhaps he needed to give it more time.

His body sitting parallel the waves, his back against a post, he was reflecting. His right leg extended, his left leg bent, his left arm resting atop it while his right was preoccupied by what he was smoking. A makeshift cigarette, skinny and poorly rolled, filled with a small sample of tobacco. He had three, two left if you took away the one already lit, and he was slowly enjoying it. His hand hanging off the dock, swaying and teasing the waves, only being raised for another inhaling, he seemed to be casually relaxing. But once again, he was reflecting, For some reason, he was all alone, mentally. As if Shin and Kise were gone, he didn't question the miracle, he just ignored it. "Kisetukai Yamehaka..." He spoke out loud softly, the silence shattering and then reforming, he wasn't quite sure what to say, he just was saying it.

He wore his elegant yet casual clothing, black cargo shorts, black v neck, black silk scarf, black cloak with a hood (that covered the upper half of his face), but the hood was down. Black low tops and black knuckless gloves to finish it off, it was a good outfit to others, but simple for him. He tried not to look to mysterious, but his scarf wouldn't stop flying back to save his life, alas he gave up. After all he wasn't here for looks, or to please anyone, well anyone besides himself. His face held a distinct yet natural face, it was a soft stare into the horizon as he dared to think about what was out there, his eyes low from the natural sedative of calmness. "What exactly is out there? Is there anything that... I'm missing?" He said softly, his voice low with crispy bass, he was still maturing. Right now he was just coming to get a grip, talking to himself briskly, this was a happy pastime. "It's ok... I'll find out soon enough, one day... Soon... I hope." He said as he brought his his smoke back up to his lips, inhaling smoothly as the crisp tobacco told him to stop, his hand dropping down lifelessly. He flicked his index finger a bit, dropping ash into the water, as he began to ponder once more. "These docks, travelers from all over the world come here... To our magnificent city to buy and sell goods, to soak in the peace and civilization we thrive to protect. But where do they come from? Where do they call home?" He stopped speaking, a small grin forming on his face as a chuckle forced it's way out.

The drug was finally taking effect, it probably had already taken effect, it's just that by this Ike he finally noticed it. The waves seemed more calming, the nighttime critters playing their songs with the wind, it was peace at it's finest. A quick glance up at the moon showed that the clouds had passed, it was a full moon graced by a contrasting sky speckled with bright stars. He was thinking about everything, and everything was coming into question, his mind was processing everything quickly. Looking back into the horizon, he could feel something, like a calling to go out and explore, would his city miss him? He enjoyed living in Syliras yes, it was his pride and joy, it was his home. But would anyone miss him? Apparently he was some bad guy, and apparently he didn't want friends... Or at least that's what he told himself. But he did have friends, he was getting a whole bunch of friends, and that wasn't good. It was a no no, and if the K in the past could see exactly what future K was saying and thinking, he would have a few choice words.

Smoke slowly exited his nose, flying past his face in the direction that was blowing his scarf, it seemed that the wind had it's own objective tonight. The waters ever so calmed down, even though this was not the case during the day, it seemed the moon god had his way with the tides. He was definitely a romancer if he could quiet the waters like this, a god that was a romancer, now that was something. K knew of only a few gods, and had actually prayed to a few of them, yes he had favorites. Sylir kept him sane, and even though the old god was indeed dead, he prayed to him. He prayed to him without relent because that dead god kept him straight, and without someone to vent to who wouldn't judge and just listen, he was able to find release. He was able to calmly commit his sins to peace. Yes, a very protector of peace had disturbed it a many times, but he was ok with that. He wad ok with admitting he had wronged the world, because he found even the smallest little infraction of peace to be a crime to the world, it was just how he was raised.

Then their was Ivak, a god he prayed to for the power to protect what he loved, but he himself still didn't know what exactly that was. Perhaps that was the reason his prayers were never answered, perhaps that was why he was still alone, because he didn't love anything. He loved Akilia... As much as he hated to admit it, he loved the hell out of that little girl, and for some strange reason felt compelled to give his life for her's in a heartbeat. But that was it, nobody else had that love that she had, nobody he could think of. Next was Viratas, lord of blood and heritage, this was actually funny. Being a human, K knew not of heritage or culture, he only knew of being a human. A human's main goal processed from birth is surviving, the other stuff are acquired skills. With that being said why did he pray to this god... Because of the blood. Kise was a hemophobe, so having a fear of blood made battle difficult, and he grew scared of fighting for a bit. If it wasn't for prayers to the blood god, Kise would be a sitting duck, for one knew a prayer to Viratas could prevent bloodshed. So that was that. Of course these were mere prayers with nothing behind them, Sylir was the only one, who got true worship. Because peace was the main import and export, one should always strive to obtain it.

Soon, it was almost time to leave, with K's smoke burning out. He took another one out of his pocket, licking the sides to pack it a bit more firmly with a sloppy touch up, bringing the fresh and burning papers together. Inhaling on the new one, the papers quickly caught in the flame, igniting the tip. He blew out the flame, tossing his old cig into the water, leaving the new one in it's place dangling off the docks. "Cheap paper... Good tobacco I guess." He said softly, smoke slowly leaking out of his mouth as he leaned back onto a post, he was growing tired. Thinking about what he was going to do tomorrow never happened, for now this moment was life, and that's all that mattered. Then he heard something, a voice of a female, a female he remembered on the spot. It was firm and tough, yet light like any woman you would want around, bottom-line eerie and poisonous. It was accompanied by steps, until the steps stopped and a shadow was casted over the boy, as he turned his head to see the owner.

"Can I join you, son?"

Mom.

[Docks] Hell Have No Wrath... Like Tukai The Breaker

The light skinned woman standing over him gracefully, sure she was about a couple feet away, but her shadow cut the distance immediately. She stood at a gentle five foot eight, just next to Kisetukai as a whole, but standing him by a couple inches. He was growing older everyday, but this woman still seemed to be bigger. She wore an outfit just like she always did, baggy and too big for her little body. It was a white tunic, gracing her body gently as it sat on her, no design but non the less pretty. She wore no shoes, but her feet were miraculously perfect and dainty, like always. Her hair was decent length, unexplainable to K because he himself wasn't good at explaining beauty for women, but it looked nice. To say the least, her hair stopped at her mid chest, and lower shoulder blades. The hair itself was was done simple, two thin braids on her chest, with several white elastic silk bands holding them down, located at about the outsides of her chest but inside her shoulders.

The rest of her hair was flowing down her back, straight as ever, showing why the mixed woman was in fact mixed. Her hands exactly like his, the white knuckless gloves that is with ergonomics, her hands in general were also dainty. Her eyes always seemed to be low like a fox, as she held a mischievous smile on her face, it was a dangerous combo that seemed never to show her true emotion. Although those thin eyebrows arching over calm red eyes, eyes that always vexed even the calmest of men. Most men right now would be staring at the black undershirt, failing to hid her cleavage, and then would look up to find a pair of deadly red dots. The scary part was she was soft-spoken, and your imagination was your worst enemy. K just gave her a look of shock, it was still his regular scowl, but it had no effect on her. The woman with the voluptuous body and the even more mysterious face, this was his mother.

Tukai the breaker.

Tap-squeak... Tap-squeak... Tap-squeak

Every step she took caused his heart to beat harder, he was staring at the only woman he feared, the last woman he wanted to see. He felt as he had been in a fight, and he was already in a rocked state, his mind cold yet thriving. Questions were pumping as fast as his blood could, which was being pumped by the gallons, he was scared. Yes, more scared than ever had been in his life, it wasn't the end of the world, but it was close. She graces him with her light steps, the boards croaking under her gentle weight, until she crouched down by him. Sitting, she hung her feet over his right leg, and let them dangle over the edge of the docks. She leaned against his right leg, and rested her hands folded in her lap as she looked at the horizon, the moon shining vividly. K couldn't wait for her to speak, but he did, her touch to him felt deadly. He was already scared to see her, now that she was resting on and against him, he was terrified. He knew it was only a matter of time, before he heard that deadly light voice, the voice of a mother... It was disgusting. It was a kind caring voice, but it was deadly and oozing with threats. She used to say things like, "Clean your room Kise... Or I'll cut ya..." And then smile and walk off. What the petchin' type of shyke was that?! Hopefully now, she wasn't as malicious with her words, hopefully her trip had changed.

"You know... I thought I would find you out here. Sitting alone thinking to yourself, you have always been a thinker." Her voice was pure and kind as always, and it made it definite a muffled giggle was bound to rear it's ugly head, it was only a matter of when exactly. "Even as you grow older you haven't changed. You still like being alone, you still like the silence, and you still try to act tough." She stayed facing the waters, her soft frame leaning on K, she was waiting for a response.

"Yeah, I guess... You- can say that." K found it hard to speak, and even harder to breathe, he would have a tougher time facing Rhysol himself. The presence of his mother struck a spark, that fused something in him he thought died a long time ago, fear. He would be scared of this for the rest of life, the things she put him through, and that face. Her face... No man should ever stare into her eyes, for you would surely see your death played out in their shiny reflection. K felt the cig still burning in his hands, it was time for another hit, but that wasn't possible. Nothing was possible around his mother, not even smoking, something that if he could remember back in the day, he wasn't allowed to do. But he was older now, what type of say did she have in these things? None. He was just about to bring it up to his lips when she spoke, her voice causing his hand to drop in mid swing, dangling back in it's position.

"Kise, you know my allergies must be acting up... Because I thought I smelled smoke ruining this perfect night." Her voice deadly as her double meanings and poisonous words began to start up, it was already time for the words to pour out, the question was how much could K withstand.

"Huh?" K said as he shifted a bit, his body still in the same position, he had felt like spear went through his heart. He found his hand hurting, as it opened swiftly and he lost grip, his smoking cig descending into the water slowly. He leaned his back smacking the post, his mouth naturally flying open and letting the fine cloud of smoke exit his mouth, he had been doing this for a while obviously. "Uh, no-no, no ma." The remaining smoke flying downwind out of his nose, it took skill to guide it away from his mother, and it hurt like hell.

"Good, I knew I was mistaken. So Kise, I've heard some things about you, watcha been up to dear?" Tukai said with ease, totally disregarding the fact she was totally intimidating, it was just overall dominance all over again. "Kisetukai, your sweating, are you sick honey? Look Kise, no need to be nervous, as long as you tell the truth you will be fine. But if you try to lie to your mother... That's a different story. So how has my boy been doing?" She ended quietly, humming a bit with a sigh as she continued to stare into the water, she wasn't even on the pill like him but it still seemed amazing.

Oh dear gods... I gotta be careful here.

"Well mom.. I've been uh, training, and I even made some friends. And you know I-" Cut off by Tukai, most likely the first of many to him, his mother was soft-spoken but always got her point across and her voice heard.

"Stop right there please. What kind of training, and what kind of friends, I hope you haven't been indulging in those maidens at the heralds arms. Explain yourself Kisetukai, for if you were honest and had nothing to hide you would be fine with speaking about your life." Another sentence, ending in one of the sweetest voices, but stinging like sharpest arrow. This was not... Comfortable for K, but she was happy to be near her son. She just had a way with words, and people.

K felt his forehead cool with the wind, had this woman really forced her intimidation on him, was he really in a cold sweat? His breathing was still rough, cotton mouth and other symptoms were raging, there was no telling what was going on with, because there was too much. She had him falling apart, and the conversation had just began, this wasn't going good. "Well mom... I've been doing all kinds of training. Ser Corben has been teaching me-"
Cut off again by Tukai, it was a bit annoying... But what could he do/say?

"Ser Corben... Corben Raythe huh? Interesting, continue please, I never said to stop."

K used his observation skills to note that, it seemed she did in fact know Ser Corben, without a doubt. The question now was how, but he'd have to find that out later, for now his mother had barked an order, and he knew better than defiance. "Well as I was saying, Ser Corben has been putting me through hell-

"As he should." Tukai interjected quickly..

"I've been doing boxing training, well unarmed in general, and I've gotten better. In addition I have been doing shield, crossbow, horse riding, and ton of other stuff." Again he was cut off by his mother voice never pausing, just a quick jolt surging through him, lowering his voice.

"And your friends Kise, I want to know if you have actually been making friends. Or do you still get that feeling of being above everyone else? You have always been a very proud boy, so?" Boom. There it was, a giggle popped out muffled by an elegant hand covering her mouth, just to end soon. Her expression would return to her, nonchalant face, as it was originally.

"Yeah ma, I got a couple friends... Well if they were friends, I'd remember their names, so I guess you can call them acquaintances. I don't wanna talk about em too much ma, if anything let's talk about you, why are you here? Aren't you supposed to be dead?" K said as he spat into the water, he really didn't care much for anything now, it was all ruined.

"You know Kise, I didn't hear anything about love interest... It's hard to believe that you've come this far and haven't found anyone worth caring for, but it's fine if you don't want to talk about it now, we have plenty of time to talk later. Now Kisetukai, if  I hear that you've been sleeping around... I might wander into your bed with a knife while your sleep, stumble and cut someone... Or something. You understand? Now as for your last question, it's nice to see you too baby, your mother got a break from her mission and decided to come see you. Is that a crime? Are you saying you haven't missed me?"

"Yeah ma, we missed ya...-"

"We? Are you telling me that you still believe your not alone Kisetukai? So which one of my boys am I talking to now? K or Kise?" Tukai asked in a slightly disappointed voice, she knew of Kise's position, but hoped that the time alone would've fixed him. Apparently it had not.

"I don't see why you always say it like that ma... We are two totally different people, I could see if we were like-.... Mom what did you mean about the knife thing, when you said you would cut-"

[/color=red] "Sshh... Let's not ruin such a beautiful night with mere words and meanings Kise dear, we have all the next days for that. For now let's just enjoy this water... This is what you came here to do right? Well tomorrow we can spend the day together, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then after that I would like to see what your training has done. But for now, let's just relax ok?"[/color]

"Yeah... I can relax, I can relax..." K leaned back and got more comfortable, he looked up back into the sky, the full moon had been hid by clouds once more. The stars seemed less bright, the waves seemed less calming, the worst had happened. She blew his high.

[About approximately a fee bells later, Stormhold Castle]

When K woke up, he had a huge headache, enough to not make him want rise. He only could open his eyes, softly lit white candles provided light near the bed he was on, a bed that wasn't his. He scooted up, and slowly rose up in sit-up position, his back against the headboard while his legs still laid normally. The huge white laced silk blanket flowing up to his waist, he was comfortable but uncomfortable at the same time. A  long stare at the room revealed a lot, it was a stormhold castle apartment, one of the slightly bigger ones with an actual window! It was a large bed, queen size, fitted just for a queen. Silk all over, silk pillows, silk blankets, and a silk bedskirt. Located by the head of the bed, was two nightstands at both shoulders, both white. Atop of the nightstands were white candles, all small and equal length, the same number on both stands. They gave off a soft glow, that soothed his headache, but still provided enough light to make out the room. There was one window, although it was graced by two white see through sheets. There was a small white table down the room, a small little fireplace, and... K was exhausted. He slid back down, tomorrow would be around the corner soon, he would find out where he was when that time came. For now, it was time to sleep.

Tomorrow was gonna be crazy, time to ask questions and get answers, to be continued.
