Lacerta watched the display, finding the movements slightly similar to her own attempt, but much... more efficient, and practiced. Well... might as well try. There were apparently more complicated moves, but they were going to be left till later... smart, in her opinion. When it came to her turn, she nodded and pushed off, kicking, and pulling at the water with her arms. It was a much better use for them, and she could practically feel the difference in the motion through the water, and she moved faster than before. But still not actually that fast. She circled around a few times before heading back to her boat. This time, she was less tired, and wanted to try something new again. Taking the initiative upon herself, the Eth dived down a foot and tried kicking and pulling like before. However, her arms seemed kind of useless, as they pushed in the opposite direction as well as in the right one underwater. Annoyed with the pointlessness, she stopped, and let her arms relax by her sides. When she ran out of breath again, she angled her body up and burst out, gasping for air. She turned around and swam, at the surface, back to her boat, and rested there, chest heaving. She still had the piece of coral clutched tightly in her hand, and she was slightly scared to let go of it. That done, she turned back to the Char and asked him again. "Any other moves? I want something... complicated, so I can practice it" she explained with a smile. The other things were... strange, but not too challenging, just as long as you were used to the water. And by now, she was. She waited for an answer patiently, interested to try something new, but secretly not wanting the potential embarrassment. Common Fravata Arumenic Someone else |
