"Squires.." she answered simply. "I've met squires out here." She hadn't visited the mountain side often, but the only times that she had, there was a squire nearby, and always just one. She could guess it was normal, and she didn't know enough about the way their army worked to say one way or the other if they allowed their recruits to wandered about aimlessly. As to the question of what kind of people she'd met, the squires had seemed to be on the hostel side and a tad bit off putting.

Kyra wasn't sure if her hypnotism attempt had worked, or if the man simply couldn't turn down a chance to show off his talents. But what did he wasn't what she had expected, a mock of her earlier statement possibly, but if Bolivar couldn't burn down the forest that was fine with her and she still wanted to see what he could do. "Perhaps burning the forest isn't a good idea after all..". she said and shrugged as she had saw the squire do a few times already.

When he placed an arm on her shoulder, Kyra was curious what he was up too. Only moments ago he had seemed guarded against her, as if she had done something to threaten him, and now he was being very friendly. She didn't mind the closeness however, the young kelvic was always attracted to body heat, and when humans didn't smell so raw they were a comfort to be around. Kyra didn't watch his hands, as they didn't seem to be moving to unfasten and tug at her clothing and choose to look upon his face instead.

Over the years, she had learned a lot by studying a persons face and now she would do so mostly without even thinking on it. Suddenly a light breeze wafted passed her and Kyra turned around just as Bolivar decided to move away. Kyra turned back around, a slight look of confusion on her face before she looked back to him. Then she saw it, a faint but swirling breeze emanating from his hands. "What new magic is this?" she wondered to herself.

It wasn't like what she had seen before, and yet it was still fantasizing, not to mention that she had also been right about the squire knowing magic. As subtle as the breeze was, she was enjoying it until he closed his hand. This time water dropped from his hand and he caused it to swirl around him, also sending bits of water splattering into her hair and upon her dress. Kyra giggled a bit and turned her head away to guard her eyes from the water. The kelvic turned back to Bolivar with bold eyes and a crisp smile. He was playful and she liked it.

"You have a different sort of magic. That is fascinating! The world is filled with so much magic I never knew of, are there more?" Kyra was beginning to swoon again, her hands placed one on top of the other as she swayed her shoulders lightly. "Are you going to show me more?" she asked to his suggestion of possibly showing her how. But the squire had more questions and it seemed he wouldn't be happy until he knew where she came from. "I've already told you..I am Kyra. I'm no mage if that's what you mean, and as for where my views are from. I've lived in the city with the snooty monks, the city with the large school, the city on the lake, and...the smelly city." she added looking back to him.

Myths And Legends (Bolivar)

Postby Bolivar on May 5th, 2013, 2:33 pm

Bolivar smirked knowingly.

Honestly this is one of the reasons why he did not learn Fire reimancy first. That reaction when faced with a new exciting form of magic. It was something that Bolivar could easily find himself excited about as well.

"There is always more. That's the best part. But perhaps another time."

Being cryptic and witholding information was always going to be an isurian trait the mixed blood would have. Though mirroring the kelvic's enthusiasm Bolivar's eyes lighted up talking about his craft.

That and speaking with a beautiful woman in the Syliras wilderness Bolivar could not help but feel swept up himself. The squire just wanted to see more of that look of surprise and awe from Kyra. The way her words messed with his normally withdrawn demeanor was mystifying in it's own way.

"Hmm I guess I can be wrong. I usually am very good at telling a mage from a small conversation."

Bolivar made it obvious that he found Kyra's wanderings to be interesting. It would not be a stretch to talk for bells about the places they went to.

"Aha. I'm guessing the smelly city is Syliras. I hope I don't smell too bad. I admit that the way those humans smell all packed up so close together it is indeed very smelly."

The city on the lake was of course Ravok. The city with the large school sounded like Fallon's Zeltiva though the snooty monks were new to Bolivar. Curious travels making me even more curiouser.

"I see. That's all I wanted to know. I won't ask any more if you don't want to share. Rather... I was wondering if you'll indulge me in sating my curiosity in something else."

Bolivar would be lying if he denied that Kyra has been nothing but enticing to the squire. Just that one moment where Kyra revealed her shared interest was a turning point for Bolivar to poke his head out of his shell. Now all he wanted to do was see what the other had to offer him.

"One's res can be made into many things gas, liquids, solids and can be used for great effect. If I were to transmute res inside of your mouth... how exciting would the sensation be?"

Matching Kyra's movements with his own Bolivar eyes shone with intent as he started emnating his res through his mouth. A steady hand and a slight lean was all the squire had to do to share his res with Kyra. A slight feeling of something warm passed through Bolivar's lips as he pressed his upon Kyra's. A strong hand held the woman up towards him as another snuck his way on the kelvic's waist.

Perhaps he was far out of line but Bolivar thought the experience worth it. Drawing back slightly a drop of res linger on his lip as the mage started to will the res further. A slight tickle on the hinges of his mouth caused the squire's mouth to open as he blew a cloud of cold air from his lips.

"That chilling sensation on your lips. I feel it too Kyra. Feels pretty good."

"There's even more?" Kyra asked, anticipating the knowledge to come. However the man chose not to say more. Kyra pouted, she wanted to know more about the magics of the world. The squire reminded her of another with his cryptic talk, and she could imagine that the next thing he would do is lecture her of the dangers of using such magics. How very boring for her.

She smiled a bit when he confessed to thinking that she was a mage. It was the first time that anyone had ever saw her as anyone with any type of power. But sadly beyond the bit of hypnotism that she had learned, the kelvic was far from being a mage. "Not at all, but I was a busker for a time. We...had our own type of magic. But it was nothing like what you've just shown me."

Kyra didn't have a lot of knowledge on magic and other things in the world, but the young kelvic was curious, and she learned things fast when interested, she was also very good at listening. She noticed how the squire said those humans, as if stating that he was different somehow. From where she stood, she couldn't tell, and he looked just as the others did. "No, I don't think you smell, but the air here is a lot cleaner and fresh here..perhaps that is why the city smells so?"

He went to speak, and decided not to question her more. It didn't matter much to her, while Kyra enjoyed talking there was only so much she was willing to explain to a stranger. So instead she nodded to his question and listened to what he proposed. She narrowed her eyes as he spoke, finding his words obscure and a bit confusing. She knew little of res and how it worked, but the girl was sure that she had never witnessed anyone using it the way he spoke of.

Still, her curiosity had been more than peeked, he had already shown her some of his magic and she was more than interested to see more of it. But, before she could actually say more, Kyra was swept up into his arms as he planted a kiss upon her lips. The kelvic's eyes widen, and she felt a strange chill tickling her lips. It was different, unlike any kiss that she had ever received before. She didn't speak at first, her gaze still following the mage, before she finally looked down, her fingers lifting to touch her lips. A soft giggle slipped from her lips and a tingle caused her to shiver a bit. "That was wonderful, how did you do that. You'll explain it to me again, won't you?"

Myths And Legends (Bolivar)

Postby Bolivar on May 9th, 2013, 9:45 am

A light conspiring laugh came from Bolivar before giving a sigh of relief. Such a high tension move and it seemed to work out in the end. Better yet Kyra on the whole seems entranced by the mage squire if even for a moment. Not that that was not normal.

"Hmm... if you want me to explain more I suppose I'll have to educate you."

Pulling Kyra close Bolivar ran a his hand along the slight of Kyra's back before leaning once more for another kiss. A light touch followed by a deeper, more daring kiss. Getting acquainted with Kyra a bit more extensively Bolivar drew back with a grin once more blowing up a breathe of chilled air into the space between them.

"I don't suppose you are busy after we bring this deer back to town are you?"

Bolivar's hand moved down as he grabbed a good portion of Kyra's bottom trying to pull in the alluring kelvic. His eyes were centered on the hunter's curious gaze wanting nothing more then to make her pleased with him. Granted the squire hesitated slightly as he spoke but the thought was quickly brushed aside as he continued with his offer. Brushing his free hand through the kelvic's hair Bolivar drew in closer to give another longing kiss.

"I'm sure I can tell you all about the... extensive wonderful things that I have to share in private. Not all magic related I have to admit. It can take all night if I'm not careful. How about it dear?"

Bolivar said that he would educate the young kelvic, and that was exactly what she'd hope to hear. Magic wasn't an easy subject to catch onto and without going through the trials and errors herself, there was only so much theory that she could take..or remember. "I would like that a lot." she replied, tilting her head a bit and offering him a gentle smile in return.

But it seemed that the squire had a different sort of education in mind for the girl and leaned forward for another of his special kisses, followed by another. Kyra's eyes followed his lips as they once again pressed against her own. The tingling feeling was refreshed on her lips and she shivered yet again. Magical was the word that came to her mind, magical and fascinating.

"You must really enjoy the taste of my lips?" she commented with a giggle, a soft purring sound echoing within her youthful laugh. With her in his arms, the bold squired reached down and grabbed her rear causing her to jump, and her surprise clearly showing on her face. He was teasing her quite a bit now, but he didn't know. Kyra's appetite was insatiable, she would always want more and to explore further until the limit was broken, or the user. When he leaned in for another kiss, her pupils swelled, nose flared and she leaned up and bit his lip hard.

"I won't be busy, but why wait? Why go anywhere?"

She smiled again, gently tracing her fingers up his arms to rest on his shoulders. The young kelvic lifted herself up on the tips of her toes so that she could be closer, allowing her nose to rub against his. "I want it now...here." She stared deeply into his eyes as she spoke, then pulled away from his arms while allowing her hands to catch his. Kyra glanced down at his hands and turned them up to where his palms were open.

"I want to learn to control air as you do..I want to fill it in my hands. teach me?"

Myths And Legends (Bolivar)

Postby Bolivar on May 23rd, 2013, 3:15 pm

Why go anywhere?

Bolivar could immediately relate to Kyra's words. Why indeed was he postponing what could be a otherworldly, exciting evening? Fussing slightly from the slight bite Kyra gave him Bolivar held his breathe as Kyra leaned in close to tickle his nose, part of him disappointed that she did not antagonize him in a different way.

A light stammer of delight escaped the mixed blood's mouth looking questioningly back at Kyra. "Want what? Me or the magic? Perhaps both?" The slight teasing was stifled as the kelvic revealed his mark as a reimancer. A solemn look followed as Bolivar considered for a moment the events that have happened since he met the huntress.

Being an honest, nonchalant mage was not going to get Bolivar any further it seemed. Bolivar could not keep up the facade much longer if Kyra was seriously pursuing reimancy. Of course parts of the squire was urging him for the need to be cautious once more. A habit that was strangely overpowered by Kyra's wiles. Though when the time came there was always room for to speculate.

"You seem to know know quite a bit."

The question being more to himself then to Kyra herself Bolivar could not help but not take the kelvic as seriously. It was quite a situation for someone to know more then the usual knave. Kyra said she has seen reimancy before but of the more destructive caliber. That did not bode well for future relationships with other reimanciers... so why was she so welcoming to him? Such an odd person this Kyra.

"May I ask why?"

A consoling look was given as Bolivar took those arms caught in Kyra's grip and went for her hands. Guiding her finger just above the scars on his hands Bolivar paused for a moment before tracing it upon the inflicted areas on his open palm. The mere touch was enough to aggravate the mage squire as he winched from the initial contact. It was as if that mottled area reimancy markings were still healing.

"You are gifted with one that many can never attain. Being beautiful, being appealing to the eye and to the touch should not be discarded so easily. Magic should not be rushed."

Tracking the length of his left arm Bolivar made Kyra take note of the slightly marred appearance this reimancy marks bore. It was in part due to his want to learn the personal magic that he marked it himself so deeply. If Kyra really wanted to be initiated this time Bolivar would take his time to make sure to make more precise markings.

"I ask for you to be patient in considering this. Sleep on it. I need aught of supplies in Syliras not in my bags. You shall be marked and discriminated even more then before if anything. Know this. I need to see how much your would be willing to give before anything."

Releasing his grip on Kyra's hands Bolivar let his arms hang loose before crossing his arms over his chest. Looking away slightly Bolivar pursed his lips slightly before looking back at Kyra. Hopefully his warnings would give the kelvic some pause but you can never be too sure.

"The manipulation of that which surrounds us all. It is the resounding voice behind the lightning strike it is the enveloping grip one feels as the ice flies past. Alone the weakest of the elements. Yet so boundless in time even mountains will bow to it's power. Wind reimancy and the like. Think you can wait a night with me to learn?"

Kyra listened as he spoke and lifted her arms up further to places her bare hands in front of his face so that he could see them. She waited then, looking for him to push the magic inside her, or bring her magic out..however it went. But he didn't do anything and instead he started to lecture her on the dangers of magic and how it should take time. She imagined that she could wait until another day, but would she return to find him? Was he even serious about teaching her?

"Oooh bother.." the girl yawned and stretched her arms high above her head. She was starting to get sleepy and her stomach was now calling for food. This caused her to glance at the deer that she had killed again and lick her lips. "Well, I suppose that is your decision then." she said as she walked back towards the horse. "Have you ever done it before....teach another person to use magic?"

She turned away and attempted to climb aboard the horse, but it didn't seem to like her. Maybe it was her predator kelvic nature that the horse sensed, or maybe it just didn't allow strange people to climb on it's back. Either way, it wasn't happening and so Kyra simply stepped back and looked to the man again. "Your horse doesn't seem to like me. I will split the coin with you if you take the meat back to the city."
