*cracks knuckles* All right, let's do this... Even if it's a little late. >.> One! The best book you've read this year. The Count of Monte Cristo! by Alexander Dumas. Exclamation mandatory. What else is there to say? This is the revenge story. The one all the other revenge stories are judged by. Dumas, while a touch dense, earned his chops as a writer of classics. Unless thick prose will explode your head, I can't recommend this heavily enough. I'll also give hugs and kisses to anyone who can spot the reference in this post.
