Wade frowned as his opponent spoke so condescendingly toward him. He felt anger surge through his limbs, pushing away the aches in his stomach and head, but he forced himself to take measured strides forward toward his opponent. His sponsor was egging him on, spoiling for a fight. He wondered if the fat man was so determined to win or if the spoiled man was just looking for a fight. Wade's confidence was not high after being so easily handled in his first attack, but he knew where he had made his mistake and was determined not to make the same one twice.
Though, once Wade was in range and could hear the man humming peacefully, he almost threw caution to the wind and went for a swipe that would remove the man's head. Instead, he feigned an anger-driven, heavy handed strike at the man's face but planned to jump back and counter whatever the man did with a vicious sweep of his battleaxe. Maybe that would shut him up.
