Appearance: Erin is a 5' 3'' women with shoulder length orange hair. She is extremely thin and has almost strangely pale skin, with the exception of the freckles that cover most of her face and chest. Her mouth is small but in it she has exceptionally straight and white teeth. Her emerald eyes are perhaps her most notable quality, as they always seem to be darting about and have a constant look of suspicion. She also has a staff that she keeps strapped to her back much of the time, rarely ever using it to help walk.

Character Concept

Erin is an extremely proud person. She takes great pride in all that she has and is, as well as in her family lineage and her own upbringing. She sees herself as superior to most people do to her family's wealth and high standing in the magical community. She does, however, show a great deal of respect for other magic users that can prove their strength. She believes magic to be at the heart of life and looks upon those who posses a dislike for magic as ignorant primitives. She also looks down upon Gnosis, seeing them as "cheaters" and an insult to her people. One can quickly see that Erin had an upbringing in a more upper-class home: Speaks elegantly, disgusted by filth, demanding, unused to cheaper things. However, should something get in her way she quickly abandons her lady-like tendencies if need be. Erin is also a hypocrite and despite her constant talk of the greatness of her bloodline, she seems to recognize, to some degree, that she is not that powerful. Despite her openly seeing underhandedness, secrets, and even world magic as beneath her, if force doesn't work she will quickly, if not immediately, employ her far superior skill of lies, trickery, and sometimes even petty theft.

Character History

Erin is the daughter of Etrima and Martin Stella, two master wizards who made their trade battling bandits and slavers in the wilds. Shortly after the conception of their daughter the couple moved to Zeltiva, where Erin was born, and opened a magic supply store. Naturally, Erin grew up with a love of magic. However, despite her many advantages Erin excelled very slowly with her magical abilities and didn't learn even the most basic skills until years after her friends. Despite this fact, Erin took a great deal of pride in her magical upbringing and considered herself one of the greatest mages in Sylira. At age 18 she joined the local University in order to better study magic. Shortly after her official acceptance into the guild her father gifted her with his first staff, simply called Flame. Only six months into her training at the University Erin had become tired of being surrounded by much more powerful mages and being ordered by people she considered to be inferior to herself. She ran away from the University and Zeltiva, only leaving a note for her parents claiming she would return once she had achieved real power, away from the limitations of her life.
